I had an ok experience but I did run into an issue with one staff member, I had checked in around 1am due to flight delays, then the next day we spent the whole day at Disney to come back locked out of our room, went to the front desk and the lady told me that they did not have a credit card on file and that I was not going to get access to my room if I didn’t provide one, I did insert and a pre authorization was made on my credit card during check in, I even showed her the pre authorization using my bank app, she was very rude and said to dispute it with the bank but she was not going to give me keys if I didn’t give her my credit card (again), very rude lady I wish I remembered her name to officially complain, at the end, I had to give her my card and a 2nd authorization was put through (which still as I’m writing this the charge is still taking space in my credit card) luckily the lady that was on the front desk the following morning was nice and explained better what had happened, something the other lady did not (again I wish I remember her name but she was on shift the night of Saturday April 13th) the. During the next 2 days power went out which was not the hotel’s fault, it just happened to line up with the already poor experience, other staff member was great, it was just this one lady.

Checkin was quick but there was only one other ahead of us. They had laundry service but they wouldn’t give you change for the machines. The pool area was nice. Only downfall was the splash pad was not with the pool area. It was the opposite side of the hotel. The restaurant food was good. They are not open all day. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. We did not get a room that looked like the pictures. It was smaller and the bathroom was not great. I booked the room by looking at pictures and was surprised when we go there. There was a power outage over 14 hours during the evening and night. Really inconvenient when you couldn’t charge your phone, have a hot shower, get a wake up call or have breakfast at the hotel. The front staff were useless to help any guests when this happened. There was nothing done to compensate guests and the backup lighting was horrible in the hallways. You had to use your flashlight on your phone to help see better. We needed our phone charged for the next day and they were dead. We couldn’t get a Uber or book the bus and the front staff didn’t help us. They should have paid the cost for our battery packs to charge our phones. I DONT recommend this hotel

The lights went off during my stay no one said anything expected us to figure it out, came in late that night & all my stuff were bad in the frifge since no electricity no hot water, it really did sucked! they kept saying light will be back within 2 hrs but it wasn’t, needed our phones to have battery but since no power no battery.

So to start off I WOULD TO HAVE LIKEN TO GET A NOTICE A DAY BEFORE THAT OUR HOTEL HAD NO POWER! DUE TO THE NO POWER. THERES NO HOT POOL. & THE KEY CARDS THAT THEY GAVE ME, DIDNT WORK ON ANYTHING. SO IN ORDER FOR ME TO USE ANYTHING I HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE OPENING ANYTHING.SO WITH THAT BEING SAID THE RESTAURANT WASNT OPEN EITHER. I had to wait to check into my hotel at 8 due to all this because at 4 the generators weren’t working or on yet. Not to mention the food & drink machines didn’t work & when I went to look for one. THE STAFF MEMBERS SENT ME DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. It seemed like they didn’t even know where stuff was Cause I later found out when I went to the GIFT SHOP RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DESK that they sold drinks the whole time! So I went on a 30 min wild goose chase for a drink, up and down the stairs with a staff member when it was literally right next to where I asked. Did I also mention that when I asked if I can have some sort of discount due to the situation And I booked this 2 monthes in advances. The front desk lady said “of course we will comp your 20$ parking” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? 20$ when I’m paying 400$ for no hot water, no electricity no nothing. They gave me the choice to leave and find another hotel with reimbursement but I live 6 hours away and most places were taken up. I got into town not knowing this information with the holiday inn when this incident happened a WHOLE 24 hours before I got there.

Staff was excellent! Lukas and Itsy were phenomenal and were very accommodating. Unfortunately the power went out for close to 24 hours. They couldn’t get it fixed because the power lines were under the hotel. There were some ants in our room on the bed and table, but they had maintenance up to our room right away to clean the area.

I didn’t realize my bed wouldn’t be made everyday. I did enjoy fresh towels everyday and my coffee being refilled. I also didn’t realize there would be no tub. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The property was walkable to Disneyland which was great. Property seems a little old and shows signs of it but it worked for what we needed which was just a place to sleep.

Check in was easy and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the first floor and the area was quiet but we could definitely hear the Disney fireworks (without visibility) and the cars coming and going in the parking structure. Overall this was a pleasant experience for us (2 adults/2children). The carpet in the rooms and hallways is outdated and worn out. The breakfast was great, but it was missing omelettes, more options to include vegetables. Their breakfast counter space is small, so I can see why they don’t have a wide variety. Staff super friendly, polite and nice. Overall I would stay here again. Pleased w our stay. Great for families.

Staff are unfriendly. My 6yrs old grandson found a hard piece of plastic on his fruit bowl. I called to the attention of the staff but he just said oh probably when they open new utensils. Whatttt ??? The lady at the breakfast buffet was falling to sleep and she look like she hated her job. We paid 3 days breakfast but we made a mistake should only be 2 because our flight is very early no time to eat breakfast on the third day I notified them right away by phone but way they can cancel it only I was still talking and the lady on the other front desk hang up on me. Most important when we checked I. The front desk lady said Expedia or any other agency is much more expensive and harder for them to accommodate people that made a reservation not directly through them. The restrooms is dirty, our room was very very dark, the room service took forever or one time they did not even showed up when we were asking for toilet paper.. we have to go downstairs and picked up.

Visit from 4/1-4/5. Rooms were good. They provide Dove products for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Good size bottles so don’t have to bring your own. This is walkable to Downtown Disney. From there take the monorail into tomorrow land. Or you can wait for the shuttle bus (need to down load an app). They have a jacuzzi which is so very much needed after a long day of walking and standing. It’s a bit dated but beds were comfortable. Room and all areas were nice and clean. They provide a nice buffet style breakfast but it is $18 if you purchase ahead of time during checking. Or $22 at the door. Menu: waffles, sausage, bacon, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs w/ham, regular scrambled eggs, 2 style potatoes, cereal station, OJ, bread station. It’s perfect to eat and go!

Chaotic check-in process due to lack of pervasive understaffing. I had to visit the desk three times and wait two hours past the 4pm check in time to finally get a room. The front desk comped my parking for the inconvenience, which was nice. Hostile housekeeping staff; try to avoid. Facilities are fine if you don’t expect anything fancy. Conveniently located close to Disneyland, with good prices.

Property is in poor condition. Bathroom needs serious work. Shouldn’t have to ask to have your room cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the price was right. Likes - location! The hotel is right beside a Disney parking lot, so you know you’re close. We walked to & from front gates, approx 20 min. The area is Safe and well lighted at night - room size is spacious with the bathroom having its own “area” ( sink separate from tub & toilet) - queen sized beds, not doubles. Very comfy and two types of pillows (firm & soft) provided - fridge AND microwave provided - free keurig - heated pool with towels. There’s a small additional splash pad for younger kids too - 1/2 block from gas station with mini mart where we got milk & snacks - we watched fireworks from the gas station. Might have better view of on a higher floor of the hotel or from the hotel parking lot? - Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion provided - bathroom light switch is illuminated at night - while this is a family hotel, our room was actually pretty quiet Considerations - no in room safe! - bathtub & toilet area… don’t look carefully at corners or at the bathtub seam. Gunky. Black. Same for the sticky bathroom door - sink area didn’t have hooks to hang clothing / toiletry bag (there is one behind the bathroom door) - bring slippers, the carpet felt dirty, and stuff caked into it - towels & wastebaskets are cleared daily, but for fuller housekeeping (ie beds made), you have to make a make a request - TV was tiny (I know I’m not here to watch TV, it’ll do, just saying the one at o

The hotel was great but I didn't like the smoking area in front of the property. As guest checked-in people would stair at you like you were doing something wrong. I like to smoke in peace without wondering eyes!
