Very run down rooms. They have not been properly cleaned in months. Did not even attempt to clean the microwave or doors of the refrigerator. Floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. The breakfast they provided was nothing like we saw on their website. It consisted of coffee, a bottle of vanilla or sweet cream, no regular creamer, stale mini muffins and granola bars. There were cracked windows on many rooms including ours and torn screens. The bed liner had some kind of liquid stain on the side and lots of dirt and dust under the beds and behind the night tables. I would not stay there again. The staff was very, very nice and there is an area to walk you dog if you have one. And it is non-smoking , but people stand directly outside the door and smoke instead of moving away from the buildings.

I did not stay overnight because it stunk like Dog urine in the hallway and room. The rooms floor was dirty never mopped,no toilet paper. No shampoo. I will never come back

This is not the Extended Stay where you would want to extend your stay. The room was filthy with questionable stains on the floor, the fridge had rust spots all over the front that made it look dirty. There were no kitchen supplies in the kitchen, you have to request them at the front desk which is far from the convenience normally expected of an Extended Stay. And the free breakfast is just a little table by the door where you can grab a coffee and a muffin. If you are used to staying at Extended Stays, this one thing is not like the others. Would not recommend.

Many live here and they had a loud repeating fire alarm drill for 5 hours. There are no parks to walk your dog. The blankets are scratchy.

I couldn’t even check in because there wasn’t a manager on site and between 12 and 1 AM. You are charged with $100 early check-in fee when I would be checking in later and I didn’t get a refund and I didn’t get a room and my kids were sleeping in the car with three adults and it sucked just because you guys couldn’t do anything

NOT a good experience for me. I'm sure there are worse places to stay BUT this one is pretty sketcky. Front desk staff rude, multiple room keys quite working each day, window covering looked like it had bullet holes in it, refrigerator had rust all over it and it looked like blood splatter from someone getting shot, furniture falling apart, linen stained, noisy neighbors, guests parking bikes in hallway, sketchy neighborhood. Won't be using again. Only booked there because it was closer to event I was at. Stayed 3 nights.

Not comfortable. Weird vibes.
The people who "live" there are interesting. I didn't feel particularly safe. The lighting in the room was terrible. The kitchen was gross. I would never cook anything there. Top of the fridge was dirty. Inside the fridge didn't look very clean. Bathroom had a gross, old disabled assistance chair in the tub. Throw it away. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The blackout side of the curtains was full of holes. When sunlight hit you could see the light through the little holes. Looks like moths are it or the crackhead residents burned little holes in it. Either was it was unpleasant. I'll never stay there again.

We generally liked the 2 nite stay and that they accept dogs.. it was safe ..yes hallways and parts of rooms smell of dog pee but it is a dog friendly hotel so furparents are generally conditioned to the smell.. the rooms are pretty decent size and water pressure is good ..the appliances may need an upgrade but didnt bother us

Hotel is very outdated no modern amenities no charger outlets or electrical outlets except at floor level all furniture is old and beaten up. This property is in a chill, relaxed, remote nook of Huntington. The grounds and facilities are pretty decent, and the staff is great. The only set backs arise from some of the others staying there. 'Cause unfortunately, more affordable rooms draw so- so renters getting a bit loud and/ or stupid.
