Refrigerator not 'on' took over 4 hours to cool.

Hotel mgmt states they don't turn on the room refrigerators because of energy consciousness. Ours was off so the cold food/beverages we brought were ruined since it took 4 hours to cool temp. Argument doesn't work since we walked into room they already had the A/C blasting the room to a super cold temperatures (not very energy conscious there). Then, upon using the shower, the faucet continued to drip without stopping once shower was completed. The tub was about 20% full of water by next morning. We found pretzel pieces on the floor as well. Not very attuned to taking care of their guests..... especially when concerns brought to their attention. I called corporate for Embassy Suites... they stated they are all independently owned and that they'd get in touch with that location's owner...... well see what develops, but Embassy Suites is now offering my hotel list.

Nice hotel with great breakfasts

Very convenient hotel to Disneyland. Just hop on a shuttle. Convenient enough to come back from DL in the middle of the day and take a dip in the pool and a nap. Their cocktail hour is great. Free beer or wine and snacks.

The hotel was beautiful, but the sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. We had to put blankets down so the kids could sleep comfortably. Without the blankets you could feel every spring. And the lights had a short in them in the bathroom, so you had to fiddle with the switch to get the lights to come on. But since we were there for Disneyland, we weren't in the room that much. I do really like the late checkout time, so the kids could swim before we left on the last day . And the breakfasts were much better than the traditional continental breakfast at other hotels.

Nice hotel

Hotel was very nice and the kids loved the lion that roared and moved in the dinning area. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff very nice.

Air Conditioning in room did not work. Maintenance wa's unable to fix. Usually a great hotel.

Needs a facelift and new management approach

Air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast buffet was monotonous and there were never any soup-spoons for cereals -- by policy. Wireless connectivity was patchy at best. System was down when I checked out, I was promised an email version of my bill, but I still haven't received it 48 hours later. Elevators were terribly slow.

Great stay!

This is how every hotel experience should be. Very clean, good atmosphere and great breakfast buffet!! Will be coming back soon.

Not the nicest Embassy Suites I have stay in...

I had to call several times to verify a late check in, because each time I was told something different. The room was clean, but hadn't been updated in quite a while. The breakfast was good, but the chef wasn't friendly at all. It was really hit and miss with the staff all around. The manager however bent over backwards to make things right.
