Well the guy questioned me 50 times about my name and I felt like I needed to provide a birth certificate to prove it was me. So that was a fun check in after a 5 hours drive….

It is further than other hotels but it is super quiet. Staffs were very friendly. And they gave us free cookies!!

Lots of Disney love showing. Very modern facility. Room is well appointed with lots of areas for storage and bathroom, while not enormous, is definitely above average.

Hands down my favorite spot in Anaheim. Free cookies at check in, 1 minute walking from Ruth and Chris Steakhouse. Rooms are clean, pool and jacuzzi open until 10. I love it

The rooms are really spacious which I like especially because I have a toddler and loves to play. I do believe it could be a little cleaner. The smell of the room is kinda disturbing so maybe some air fresheners

Every aspect of our stay has been great except one. There is an area outside where smokers stand, and it is almost the only way to get to and from the largest portion of the parking lot. There is a matching spot towards the street that would allow people who are entering and exiting the parking area to not have to breathe cigarette smoke, while it would be back far enough that most people who are walking to get dinner or to/from the parks do not have to walk through the smoke either. Please consider moving the smoking area. Or if they aren't supposed to smoke there, be sure to enforce it. Otherwise we have only good things to say about check-in, the lounge, the room, and the lobby. And the warm cookies at check in are amazing!

It was a nice clean hotel and rooms were large and comfortable . Price was good at time of booking. Staff were good for the little interaction that we had. I disliked that we had to pay for parking as a guest and it was noisy with kids. Great place if you are doing a Disney thing but for us as a pit stop hotel is was good

The property was well kept, staff was nice, close to Disney. The only thing we didn’t care for is that you have to pay to park every night as a hotel guest and it is a bit pricey.

the room needs an update, the wallpaper start to peel off in the bathroom corner and the carpet is quite old and causes allergy

My reservations were screwed up as soon as I got there. Instead of a 3 night stay, they had me down as a 1 night even after getting a call from 2 staff members asking if I was still coming as I was on the drive from the bay area. Staff was polite and fixed the problem, but gave us a room that had a horrible humidity problem and my families allergies kicked off really bad including my son receiving a huge fever the next morning. This pretty much ruined our Disneyland trip. They gave us a better room the next 2 nights, but the damage was already done. Other than our room issue, overall the hotel is decent and clean. Restaurant downstairs was pretty good and all amenities.
