We chose the option of getting the room serviced every other day and in the 6 nights that we stayed there we were only serviced once after complaining more than once about it. We never had the do not disturb sign up and we were out of the hotel for the majority of the days. We did like that they had a shuttle service that we could use up to a 3 mile radius of the hotel.

This property needs to upgrade its plumbing. My stay was disturbed by the incessant banging of pies, most likely toilets. It was so loud it woke me up even with earplugs. The sound magnified around 5 am.

The good: 1. Nice little convenience store at lobby 2. Located in a decent area 3. Nice gym with (cold) water dispenser 4. Decently priced food downstairs 5. Heated pool (I did not try though) The bad: 1. No hot water kettles available, not even optional, needing to walk down to lobby every time for some hot water... this is a very easy fix, just put a few kettles downstairs to lend 2. Overly expensive laundry service (per piece) and no option to wash clothes yourself, no fun after a sweaty workout... easily a bill of 50 to $100 for a bit of laundry. 3. No ventilation in the room carpet = stuffy room smell 4. Extremely loud elevators... does it really need to ding for the entire floor to hear? 5. The walk in shower floor curb in the handicap friendly rooms does not stop water at all and the curtain hangs further than the curb itself. Every shower results in a huge water leak all over the floor... very poor design and no squeegee to assist also.

Overall great hotel to stay in. The small sink in our room was the only thing we didn't like. The force of the water onto a small sink causes splashes and making you feel unclean.

Room was clean. I just don’t like the shower control temperature keep going cold then very hot when you shower. Ceiling wall has mold on shower areas. Bed and people is soft and comfortable. Parking not free $28 per night too expensive. Water bottle is not free either. If parking no charge would be nice.

The property was great and on brand in all except one area. For those who are traveling in groups, take note that it is not listed in the property details (at least not that I was able to find, but certain staff insisted that we eat and drink anything we brought in our rooms. We were traveling with youth sports and were using this time to bond and ended up having our kids eat their pizza in the parking lot. Otherwise, this place was lovely and on brand.

we had a nightmare was staying in this hotel , water was dripping and machine was cracking, they had 3 times of alarm testing, they did the alarm testing in 7:30am, my husband got very pissed off, we had no sleep at all.

It was very clean and very quiet. The bed was so comfortable!!! The big tv was awesome. Most hotels have small tvs. 55 inch tv made us feel like we were at home.

We got the free breakfast and the milk for our coffee was expired and made us very sick and the hotel staff even told us about it after we drinked it.

W wanted someplace that was near the Irvine Spectrum. It is, but not as close as I would have liked. That’s my fault. I found the staff to be responsive, cordial, and helpful. The property overall is good. There were a few things that didn’t work. The TV remote buttons didn’t all work. Staff got us a replacement in a timely manner. The phone was down just for a little while, but I texted the front desk and they put our room service order in for us. The make up mirror lamp didn’t work. The electrical outlet worked when using the hair dryer. I don’t usually use one, so I just didn’t use it. The pillows are stiff but might be good for some people. My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway.

TL;DR; Too much noise, poor quality bedding. Long version: Room by the elevator was noisy. You could hear the elevator move up and down all night. The blanket and comforter were too thin and not warm enough. It was like having two sheets.

This was walking distance to the very nice mall to the south. This Hotel was a bit less expense than the other hotels in the area. This hotel had some of the most top-notch food you can get. I had a world class soup that was close to perfection, and a steak that would rival the best high end steak houses. The two people I encountered at reception were really friendly.
