Nice and clean. For a older hotel and hotel style, very updated. Do wish they had USB chargers at the bed like most updated hotels have now but other than that, great place.

We enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to have a few more things. It was difficult for them to lend us a bottle opener but housekeeping was really nice and thorough. We stayed on the ground level and you could hear the top level most of the night but the area is very walkable to Disneyland and the pool area and breakfast were nice. We would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had an easy check-in and check-out. It was super close to Disneyland and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service to the park. We were able to get a complimentary breakfast each day ☺️ I would stay here again!

Room was clean and simple. Stayed here for two nights to go to Disneyland. The shuttle doesn’t operate all the time and only holds about 12 people, but the drivers are nice enough to make another trip if there are still people left. The breakfast was mainly just carbs - Belgian waffles, cereal, toast, fruit with some yogurt, coffee and juices. Maybe I missed something when I quickly popped in, but was hoping for some eggs and meat of some kind. All in all, worth the money for a simple and clean place to stay.

Front desk male worker was rude! When I checked in, no greeting what so ever. Later in the evening when we came back from dinner, I walked into the lobby because I wanted to know if they had a shuttle schedule for Disneyland. He was so rude and disrespectful. He said he already gave me a schedule. I said no, I did not get one. He took out the schedule which was just printed on a piece of a paper and said, “this one, I gave it to you earlier” in an annoyed tone. Once again, I told him no I did not get one. He said I’ll give you one again anyway. I grabbed it and walked out. All he gave me when I checked in earlier was just the piece of paper for the parking permit & the room card. That was it! I dont know why he was making such a big deal over a shuttle schedule. If he gave me one in the first place, why would I waste my time going back in there to ask for another one? This will be my last time staying here.

We will definitely come back! Stayed for 3 nights over spring break, and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, and our kids had so much fun with the bunk beds. The breakfast had lots of choices and our housekeeper kept things in top condition. Shower heads had good pressure.

What a difference going over the highway makes! Stayed two night prior close to Disney at a similar level property (excellent). This place.. I arrive to check in, go inside and get told to go outside and "use the window". It's a slide things under 7-11 in a bad neighborhood style window, with a background of mess and cardboard boxes behind the glass. The person who told me to go promptly ignores us completely for about 10 minutes. He then walks up, no greeting, and says if you're checking in I need your license and credit card (in the tone youre probably imagining). Takes both away, out of the room for a good 5 minutes then comes back tells me to sign something that shows more than expedia sold it to me for and hands me a key, when I aks where the room is he simply said "over on the left". Get to the room, it's about what I expected - a place to sleep, outdated, the bed is 5/10 (which isn't terrible), and a downright creepy painting of some weird combination of a fantasy castle, some Disney characters obviously not drawn by Disney, along with some lord of the rings style water scenes thrown in for good measure). After paying LESS for a place closer to Disney the past two days and it being 20x better (but not available that third night), I can only say this - cross the road. It's night and day.

The room is 5 stars. The whole hotel was renovated recently I guess, and the room was perfect. I was very impressed. Parking was easy, with EV charging. Staff were very friendly. The only bad thing, for me, was breakfast. Only bread and waffle with butter or grape jelly, fruit loops, frosty flakes and Raisin Bran. Banana and yogurt. No eggs, potatoes or sausage/bacon. But if I need to, I will stay there again.

Good value and close to Disney. Only advice is don’t rely on their free shuttle to get back and forth to Disney. Hours are really varied. Don’t shuttle to get there for early hours and several times during the day the shuttle didn’t run at all. We had to Uber there and back every day.

Good location for visiting Disneyland. Very busy traffic area, and noisy. Hotel is aveage for the price. Breakfast is very limit. Good for a 2-3 night stay at the most.

i didn’t mind staying here super close to the park. We ended up not using the bus service just because there was a long line and we parked our car which was convenient because the parking lot was right there. The rooms are average they’re nicer than most days inn. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a homeless lady yelling when I went to go check in and it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable but there’s nothing much to do about that.

I wish usb outlets would work and also some the outlet plugs. I notice that in bathroom it look like black mold. Overall the place is okay.

My sister and I were in town from Florida to deal with our younger sister finding out about cancer..our brother would come over to the motel to discuss several family issues and plan.we had tod the motel he would be there but NOT staying they still almost towed his car...They knew and said it was fine but the night attendant would continue to put notices to have the car towed

I really loved this hotel, very convenient and safe. Basic breakfast but always restocked, attentive staff, and they clean my room everyday! I’m looking forward to stay here again!
