The staff is wonderful. Breakfast staff is exceptional. Quiet and safe. The room was a nice size. The toilet didn't flush completely. The shower was awful. It was very convenient to Disneyland

A place to sleep. Rooms were much older than the photos show, and it is definitely not quiet. If any one of your neighbors wakes up early or stays up late, so will you. Upon arrival we asked the staff what the best ways to get to Disneyland were and he looked T us like we were stupid and said to walk down the street toward the park. Honestly, it wasn’t that simple. And we found out later about a shuttle that stops in front of the hotel. Would have been good to know. So nothing really bad about the place, but nothing really good. For the price, I expected more.

The breakfast was excellent. My only issue was the cleaning staff. My check out time was at 11. I had housekeeping start walking and peeking inside my room at 9 am already. Left earlier because I felt uncomfortable. I was not okay with them looking inside my window with my children there. Especially since the staff member was a male.

The room choice options that were given to me was very confusing. They seem to have lot of rooms but the way they gave the rooms is really weird. I booked three rooms. Couple rooms were together. And the third one I was told was remodeled with new furniture and stuff and it was located exactly on the opposite end of the same building. The staff apparently is not on the same page about this remodeling stuff. When my wife went to the lobby to ask for something the front desk person apparently didn’t know anything about remodeled rooms at their hotel. So why would the lady who checked us in mention anything about remodeled rooms if rest of the staff didn’t have an idea? I’m not sure who was lying. Anyways, stay was ok. Breakfast was ok with the basic options.

An excellent included breakfast and extra large pool area made this a great choice for our family vacation. We do think it's time to upgrade the windows for sound proofing and energy efficiency, but we would definitely choose this hotel again. It's also walking distance to Downtown Disney, the parks and a monorail station.

The my room 235 had a ceiling leaking noise and it was very annoying we could not rest at all. When I notify the staff there was no response it seem like they did not care. Carpet needs to be clean and sofas need to be clean it smell old.

I booked the rooms 3 months out, couldn’t even get the two close. Came back to rest and they were painting the stairs. Had to walk twice as far to get to my room. Wasn’t impressed this trip.

One of the best included hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, with good hot food menu. Friendly staff. pools, hot tubs, proximity to Disneyland, cleanliness and included breakfast make this a great place to stay. Can be noisy due to being cornered on two busy roads.

This hotel was an excellent find for a stay while enjoying the Disneyland parks for a few days. You are able to easily walk to Downtown Disney and both parks in about 15 minutes. The breakfast provided is excellent and a great way to start a busy day. The rooms are quite big and have all the amenities you would need especially when travelling with kids. My only concern is that the doors in the room that lead to another room (the conjoining rooms) seem to let a lot of noise through. We could hear the other guests and they weren’t being loud, just talking normally.

The ultimate review for families with children! This Best Western is a 20 min walk to Downtown Disney's bag checkpoint. From there you walk another 10 min or so to the Disney park entrances. It is a 20 min walk to the other Disney entrance across from Tony Roma's. Or an $8 Uber ride. If you request a quieter room they will put you in a room farther away from the entrance of reception. It is a long walk if you have any disabilities. There are elevators. The walls are thin and you will be able to hear your neighbor if they stay up late to watch tv on the loudest setting which happened one night. Most nights our neighbors were respectful and quiet at bedtime. The hot breakfast was great (except for the eggs). There was sausage, ham, pancakes, french toast, tortillas, potatoes. I heard people grumbling about the selection, so temper your expectations! There was whipping cream for the hot chocolate, selections of coffee, cereals, fruit. Overall it saved us time and provided a very convenient solution in the morning for breakfast. Our first air conditioner rattled at night and when we moved we had a properly working one but did have to get a handyman in to resecure the shower curtain rod. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The sheets were exceptionally clean. Bring an extra long charging cord because the outlets may not be in a convenient location. Staff were excellent- Seema was so wonderful on our arrival and wait staff were very smiling and friendly.

This is great for families visiting Disneyland. The breakfast has a variety of options for all, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It’s not fancy, but the bed was comfortable and there was a bathtub shower (for those with tiny ones who need a tub) and the hot tub was great after a lot of walking.
