Very clean and quiet with a beautiful outdoor property. Breakfast was great, better than most. Freshly made eggs, hashbrowns, pankcakes. We plan to return on our next trip to visit CS Long Beach State

Good quality hotel as you would expect from an Ayres Hotel. Large room with quality furnishings. Pleasant welcoming staff. Good breakfast - although the disposable plates and cutlery used are a little low grade for the hotel. Convenient for freeway whilst not unduly noisy. Would certainly recommend.

Staff is not so accommodating.. They gave me a room right beside the freeway (too noisy) they said that’s the room standard that I got but when I complained about the air conditioning that is not working, the staff was not apologetic( considering that we already unpacked our luggage..) and then because I got a little upset, they gave us a “standard room” on the 2nd floor.. which from the beginning, she could have offered it to me. They didn’t even asked if we needed assistance to transfer our stuff.. other than that, the hotel was nice & the breakfast was great,except the unhelpful staff and the room noise besides the freeway.

If this review comes across your eyes. Look no further and book this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Our flight was delayed. I reached out to the hotel where I spoke with and was greeted by Mohammed upon arrival. The hotel deposit is very low, parking is free, and the water in the shower stays hot. Making it feel like you was bathed in waters of Royalty. When we came back from shopping and the beach. The beds had been made and new towels placed in our room. A lot of hotels have stopped doing this service but not Ayres. The free hot breakfast was good as well (French toast, scrambled eggs, juice, breads, cereal, sausage, hashbrowns. This hotel is worth every penny. I will come back over and over. Thank you for having us

Staff was super friendly throughout the whole trip. The room was very spacious. We didn’t wake up on time for the free breakfast but that was a great perk. We loved that parking was free. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this hotel. The place is clean, the staff is awesome and rooms are spacious. It is NOT a budget hotel. It is located within walking distance of shopping (Target, grocery store, food) and it is next to the 405 freeway…which could be ok news for convenience or annoying for the freeway noise. I try to stay at this hotel when I am in town.

We were there for a family funeral. We had a lot of people from different parts of the country. This hotel would not work with us to find a place to gather. The staff did not accommodate our needs and had no way to work out an accommodation for us. I won’t be back to this hotel again. The room smelled like cat pee and the shower head was awful. The bed was lumpy as well. In another room, there were several empty bottles and cans stacked under the hideabed. We were kicked out of the lobby area when we’re were visiting and the open areas closed at 10:00 which left us with no place to visit because we didn’t want to be loud in a room. We were told we couldn’t use the empty room that was available because the sales person wasn’t on property. It was very disappointing.

The breakfast was horrible especially the sausage was like nothing i have ever tasted before . It was bad the bacon was laying in a bunch of grease and eggs were runny very bad.
