Had no problem arriving the person at front was friendly an had reserve parking lot for my family he gave a a pink pass that will last for the amount of time I was staying which it was three nights. One concern after the first day the breakfast had only serial and milk and some other bread that look like it was bought across the parking lot and the worker were rude at all times. We left April/02/2024 at 7:30 and during that time I had and issue with one of the supervisor working behind the desk . To describe she was Asian and it look like she was telling people to do things on her own way and not the hotel policy. I had an argument that in front of the dinning room that all the people was able to hear how this women was yelling and telling me to move my car from the reserve parking lot reserve for me. During my take off I throw some of my trash inside the dinners trashcan and it look like she didn’t like me throwing garbage inside because people were eating . During my argument she kick me out saying to leave the hotel when everybody knew I was already on my way out , on an early time . I don’t recommend this hotel is not what it looks like we wanted a hotel with good and first people and breakfast in the morning to maximize our trip to Disney land . On my opinion this manager was rude not wanting to lesson wanting things her own way

Dear Raymond-We were disappointed to hear your expectations were not met. I feel it is necessary to clarify some of your statements. We advertise a complimentary continental breakfast, including an assortment of cereals, Danishes, bagels and cream cheese, coffee, juices, and fresh fruits. These items are supplied by nationally recognized food vendors. The ’Asian’ with whom you spoke was the hotel general manager; she was dismayed that you discarded dirty diapers in the breakfast room trash can adjacent to seated guests when there were trash cans available outside along the corridor.

Excellent location if you are going to Disneyland. Walkable distance to Toy Story parking lot, so you can take shuttle bus to Disneyland. Breakfast could improve. It has very limited options.

Clean, safe, spacious room for the price. Breakfast is very simple, no hot entrees, just cereal, toast, juices and coffee. Close to the Anaheim Convo but recommend a rideshare to Disneyland.

I typically do not write reviews, but based on my experience, I felt that it was necessary. I travel frequently so I feel I have the experience staying at numerous places that provide much better service to their customers. First of all, the breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast when they only had basics such as cereal, processed foods and coffee. They advertised through pictures that they provided fruits and other healthy options, but throughout my five day stay these were not offered. I was also told I could not bring food back to the room to my family while they were getting ready which has never happened to me in any other hotel I’ve stayed at especially with increased protocols that you advertised about “Covid” we didn’t want to eat in the dining facilities. Also, the AC unit smelled really bad whenever we turned it on like it was moldy or moist and both my daughters got sick while we were in the room.I let the front desk know and they made comments that “well it’s allergy season”. Lastly, the last night of our stay we realized that the lock to our room was not working which was a huge safety issue. When I addressed it with the front desk, I did not feel that they responded accordingly. It should have been addressed immediately. But instead I had to worry about it while we were on vacation that our belongings were going to be stolen since we couldn’t lock the door. Yes, they did provide us with a discount on our last night, but that’s only because I complained.

We do not advertise a 'full breakfast' on any site, but do advertise a continental breakfast. This includes dry cereal, pastries, assorted juices as well as fruit and yogurt.We do indeed hope you will give us another chance to be of service if your travels bring you back to the Anaheim area.

The beds were so comfortable. The rooms were clean. Towels were not replenished daily. If you want towels you need to go get them from the office. Breakfast was cereal and bagels, toast and danishes. The water was hot the first day of our 3 days. Then it went to warm and ice cold the last day. The sinks clogged up on us on the 2nd and 3rd day. Staff was super nice. If you don’t get back to the parking early enough you’ll have to park in the overflow parking lot behind the hotel on the right. When leaving the hotel. It was a decent hotel however they need to have hot water all the time since we stayed four nights. Disneyland is about 2 miles away but the Toy Story parking lot is about a block away. The shuttle is free. The hotel was good about giving us adjoining rooms when we asked for the them.

Centrally located near restaurants convenience store and Disney Room are adequate for price, parking is free. The breakfast is minimal but never the less free.

We didn't walk to the parks (a little too far for our kids), but were close enough to take a mid-day break easily. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had been renovated recently with hard floors and were clean. We could hear some street traffic but never heard our neighbors. We didn't eat breakfast there or use the pool but check in/out was smooth and housekeeping took care of our (messy) room during our 3-night stay (every other day housekeeping). Wifi was good, and cable channels were decent. Comfy beds and a good place to crash after a long day at Disney.

Heated pool and spa tub advertised. Pool was not heated and the “spa/hot tub” was like warm. Getting back about 10pm from Disneyland and we had to park in overflow on the outside of the hotel.

They did not make the room during the stay with the excuse of increase cases of Covid, something that it was obvious an excuse as the staff was not using mask, they only want to have more profit to save money for the maid to make the bed, I did not like this. The breakfast very basic just bagel and e and very small room for the breakfast. At least the mattresses were comfortable.
