Great stay! I stayed here with my family and we were close enough to walk to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I really like this place. Very clean facility with a generally low cost rate. The only things I wish were different are, I wish there were curtains to pull in front of your rooms window at night, all you’re offered if the blinds which makes it easier for people to see in and causes a bright room in the mornings. I wish there was a secondary lock on the door like a chain or a flip out door stop, the only thing offered is the one deadbolt. We stayed on the 3rd floor and those rooms have a moderately sized bathroom window, but it is eye level with the public, so if you’re in the bathroom airing out the room from your hot shower (like I was doing) people can walk on by and see clear as day into the bathroom (which happened). This motel is great don’t get me wrong, those three (3) things are just the reason it gets a 4 out of 5. I will be staying here again. It’s a good motel.

This is probably the eighth time that I’ve spent at this hotel. Very convenient, free parking, and within walking distance of the Disneyland parks. I will continue to be a returning guest!

I am a function over form individual at this point of my life. We have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. The location, across the street from the Disneyland Resort and not charging for parking(the most ridiculous thing that hotels charge you to park when you are staying at the property) make it a perfect choice for a reasonable priced stay while visiting Disneyland. Will not be confused with a high priced resort, but all hotel rooms look the same with your eyes closed. One issue this time however, when we checked in we were told that upgraded us to a double queen. Bigger room, good for us. Got to the room, note hanging on the door saying due to construction the water would be turned off for a few hours. Not great ,but might not be in the room at that time. Had to take a break, got to the room and no water was the least of the inconvenience . Pounding on pipes and power tools making so much noise had to leave the room. Front desk, you need to tell the whole truth paying guests. Fibs by omission are still fibs.

We stay at this location quite often. And up until this trip, have had nothing but a positive experience. However, this particular stay was not enjoyable in the slightest. The inn is having work done in a number of rooms, which is absolutely not the issue. The issue is that they chose to place my wife and myself in a room that was literally in the middle of two rooms being worked on, without a single word of warning or heads up or even asking if we would be okay with that. We were on vacation and just wanting a peaceful couple of mornings before getting ready to head to Disneyland, but that did not happen. Around 7:30/8am on both mornings we stayed, there was pounding, drilling, music, and all manner of noise on both sides of us. Even the workers refurbishing the rooms were surprised that the hotel chose to put guests in the room we were given. Again, the fact that they were having work done on rooms was not the issue. The issue was that the hotel put us in that room in the first place and completely disregarded to warn us about the disturbance and did nothing when I mentioned it at checkout. If you are a guest considering staying here, it’s actually a wonderful place to stay. But consider asking that your room not be by the construction being done, otherwise you will have some very loud and disruptive mornings.

Review for room #133: 20 minute walk to entrance to Downtown Disney is nice. Walls are very thin; could hear everyone walking and talking outside and above us.. I thought the window was open, but it wasn't. Very nice staff and nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

Great location, clean, wonderful customer service. However the walls are thin. We had a room on the first floor and could hear the people upstairs talking all night. Also every thin they dropped, every step they took and everything they dropped. If you stay here, try to get a room on the 2nd floor.

Staying in a family room was a good option it has lots of room upon arrival the staff was very nice the room was clean and ready for us on time. The pool was amazing hot tub was ready whenever you needed to relax

We walked to Disneyland thru Downtown Disney. The walk was direct and took about 16 minutes to the security gate and 10 minutes to stroll through to Disneyland. The hotel was quiet and clean. I wish we made time to use the pool and hot tub as they looked nice.
