Plenty of things to do locally and easy drive to major area attractions. 705 sq ft cottage with laundry room/utility sink and stackable washer dryer and walk-in shower. 8’x8’ deck with seating off the bedroom. Whole house water filtration system. Privacy fence surrounding entire property. Front porch with seating. It's a very relaxing place! One bedroom with walk-in closet. Plenty of off road parking. Residential neighborhood but close to everything: \*\*\*NOTE: There are two security cameras outdoor for safety. One on the porch at the entry door and one on the outside front corner of the cottage. Mona and Bobby were perfect hosts! The cottage was private and clean. We went out to dinner for most of our meals but it has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. The location was perfect! Extremely close to Blue Springs - less than a 5 minute drive, also you're 10 minutes from downtown DeLand which has a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. The cottage has the cutest little front porch where we loved to eat our breakfast in the morning. It's the perfect size for a couple, but three adults may be a bit tight.
