Welcome to Escapes to the Shores, where you'll find luxury at its finest. This unit boasts everything brand new, from the mattresses to the dishes, ensuring a top-notch experience for all guests. Enjoy the best of both worlds with indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sauna and steam room, and private beach access. The property is ideally located, just minutes away from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and all the local attractions. With ample onsite parking, a gift shop, vending machines, wireless internet access, a courtyard, BBQ grills, a heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, video library, business services, and a 24-hour security guard on the property, you may never need to leave the complex! Inside, this condo offers a very spacious and fully remodeled open floor plan. No expenses were spared to create the perfect home away from home. The bedrooms are generously sized, and both bathrooms are spacious. There are two king-size beds, two queen beds, and a Murphy bed in the fourth bedroom, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The well-appointed kitchen is ready for you to prepare that great Gulf-side meal. The furnishings are updated and comfortable, and there are flat-screen TVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer in the unit provides added convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to the beach! Winter Getaway: For reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February), a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that do not meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally Managed: This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates. Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes is allowed per reservation, accommodating 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property. Photo ID is required at check-in. No Pets. A $225 fee will be charged to the guest if a pet is brought into the unit. No Smoking. Please note that the fitness room and sauna are currently closed. There is ongoing painting and carpet installation in the common areas. Owners are allowed to do work in their units under the city noise ordinances. Work hours are between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The owners obvious attention to details made this a home away from home for us. The unit is EXTRA clean, well kept, and modern. The amenities inside the unit and on the property are wonderful. The pools are great for small children as well as adults, and the indoor pool allowed us to swim in any weather condition. We also grilled lunch on one of the outdoor pits. The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. The outdoor grills were a plus. The Indoor pool was strong of chlorine. I use oxygen, I wasnā€™t able to sit inside. The check in off site is something that needs changed. We drove for hours, then had to stop just to get a code to open our condo. Once we arrived at the condo we then needed to pay for parking. We arrived during business hours but there wasnā€™t anyone available.(left early) We went to the desk the next morning,(nobody there again) one of the workers took our cash and wrote us a parking pass. The condo is amazing, large bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen, double width hallway. Can not say enough about the condo. However, we should have been advised that there is extensive construction - pounding day and night. No fitness center, covered walkways, no lobby. But honestly the spaciousness of the condo outweighed all of that. But the property company is in the dark ages - we had to go to Gulf Shores to pick up a lock code? Why would you make your guests do that? And then we had to go to a remote office for our parking pass so 2 stops to get into our condo after an exhausting drive is just poor management. Finally, the kitchen faucet was broken, they knew and guy showed up 1st day to fix it, but said no parts for it. Seriously? Just replace the stupid faucet. The condo had plenty of room and beds for the 10 of us. We made the two bathroom situation work, they were generous sized bathrooms. The location is great- everyone was so friendly and it was so easy to come and go to the beach or to the pools (indoor and outdoor). The shops are all close by, thereā€™s a grocery store 5 minutes down the road. The beach was beautiful. There are lots of things to do - shopping, mini golf, arcades, waterpark, state park, parasailingā€¦.but we mainly focused on being together as a family and being at the beach. We had plenty of room to lounge around in and plenty of seating. My personal favorite was the balcony and the set up out there. I ate every meal out there! The cookware was great to work with. Plenty of cooking ware. The condo was super clean. The pool was a great perfect size. The indoor pool was great as well!! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity! The only issue was , the sliding door came of the the track the day before we left, and when we departed they still hadn't came to fix it We would stay there again definatly ##### Brad C. I didnā€™t realize that there would be construction on site, but that was due to my lack of reading. It didnā€™t effect our room at all, but they did close down the gym and a few other amenities. My only compliant is the refrigerator is old and needs to be replaced. It really did not get cold the whole week we were there. We used a cooler to keep most things cold. The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the beach and it is within walking distance of several restaurants. The check in n process was a bit different due to Covid, but once we were settled it was an awesome I me week. Plenty of room for 8 adults! ##### Heather R.
