Click Here For Aerial Footage of this Property! • Access to the relaxing Gulf-front balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, AirFryer, Kitchenaid Mixer, and full-size stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats six and has four barstools for additional seating. • A large Connect Four wall game and Ms. Pac-Man will be a hit with the kids! • Full-size washer and dryer in the unit. • The living room has a sofa sleeper • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed • The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.) • Beach toys, umbrellas, pool floats, and more are in the exterior storage locker for your convenience. • Boat slips and trailer parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $50 per day or $300 per week at Wind Drift North. The Trailer Parking and Dock Use Agreement, along with payment, must be completed prior to your arrival for your vacation. • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! • A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guests are required to purchase their own parking passes at a cost of $50 each, plus a $15 processing fee per parking pass per 7 days. Parking passes must be purchased for each vehicle every 7 days of your stay. Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) We could not even hear the TV or talk to one another. A piece of the furniture looked as though it needs to be at the homeless shelter it was torn and ripped on both sides I did notice when photos were taken you could not see all of the chair. It was terrible. The floor was sticky in some places. The glass door was filthy. The elevators were down for hours. I had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. I am 71 my husband is 75\. Very hard and harmful to my body. Could not get into the outside storage door,lock would not work. Needed to have on site office to help with problems on hand. The best thing is the water was beautiful. Has to be a lot of changes before we will return. Too expensive for this experience.hour or so. ##### Donna W. We had everything we needed for our stay and no issues from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cabinet filled with games and a Ms. Pacman game on the wall, which was not pictured. View was perfect and we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. With kids, loved having washer and dryer in condo. View awesome. Needing some updates when it comes to age of some of the furniture and more importantly, the second bedroom mattresses and beds. My husband and I were traveling with family. We absolutely loved this condo! The balcony overlooking the gulf was wonderful. We lived on the balcony when we weren't out and about exploring the area. The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable, as was the furniture in the condo itself. The kitchen was very well stocked; all utensils and cooking essentials were provided. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Perhaps the queen and bottom double bunk mattress in the second bedroom could be replaced (but I realize how firm a mattress should be is definitely a personal preference). The management team was very responsive to my inquiries. They were pleasant and professional. We would definitely stay at this condo again. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!
