With a wrap-around deck equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area and a few beach chairs, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, and a location within walking distance of the beach, this family-friendly home is ready-made for Orange Beach family reunions or group getaways. The condominium amenities include a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, grill area, tennis court, sun deck, fitness room, and private beach boardwalk.

This vacation rental offers guests a prime location you won't find anywhere but here. Drive less than a mile west and visit downtown Orange Beach where you will find a plethora of dining options for all tastes. Highway 59 is home to an array of family-friendly options and activities that include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track, The Park at OWA, Waterville USA, and more! If you're looking for an outdoor adventure, make sure to visit the Gulf State Park with multiple trails for outdoor activities. Vacations getaway

The property is older compared to the surrounding complexs, but it's also quant with friendly staff. We had a pleasant time, with access to indoor pool, outdoor pool, easy access to the beach, which was very nice. Overall a really great stay.

Just ok

The condo complex itself was simple but nice, clean and check in was good. I did not like this unit as it was run down and poorly stocked. We had to guy buy MANY things (coffee mugs, towels, hangers) and the items that were there were of poor quality and worn down. .. like the towels, furniture and kitchen supplies. I am not a super picky person but this unit did not meet my hopes. The wrap around deck was very nice; however the KMart furniture on the deck was not. Many units had nice deck furniture but this unit had a plastic folding table and super cheap chairs. With a little TLC this unit would be much nicer for guests.

Great location, but that’s about it

Contacted the owner multiple times about multiple issues. (Microwave not working, tv not working, internet went down on day 2, furniture not matching what’s listed on pictures) and I got a standard “we will let the local representative know” but no one ever came. Incredibly disappointed in this and will never stay here again.

Winter retreat

We had a wonderful time and the condo was awesome. Area was beautiful as always. It is centralized so that you can visit Ft Morgan, ho fishing and then visit Pensacola to eat at McGuire’s easily also a short trip to Biloxi. It was a good vacation.

Just beware!

The management did warrant of construction. It is extremely loud!!! You can not be at the condo at all while they are working. Very disappointed about the noise. As far as the condo itself, the 2nd King room the bed is awful. Dips heavily in rhe middle a d hard to sleep on. The ease of booking. Check-in and out was great! Location great. View wonderful

Things falling apart, broken, complex in disarray

Rooms had multiple things broken and furniture damaged. Condo complex had nothing to offer. Indoor pool was closed, tennis courts closed, one elevator out. Balcony is nice but we constantly smelled cigarette smoke even though it wasn’t allowed. Floor tiles broken on the balcony which made it unsafe for my child.

Looks can be deceiving!

At first we thought this was great! Spacious condo for 5 adults and 2 kids. Great location! However, after we got into our room once going to the beach plus unloading groceries, we noticed our fridge was not working properly. We have it till after dinner. Still not working. Called the after hours number to which they said ‘it can take up to 24hrs to cool.’ Why were we not told this?! Only till i asked them if they were planning one paying our children’s medical bills if they got food poisoning did they decide to send someone out. That didn’t fix the problem. In fact we were told that the people the week before had called about the fridge. Called the next morning, and they sent out a loaner. It did not make ice, and no ice trays. We also had to purchase an ice chest in order for our food to stay cold while the loaner was cooling. We called about the oven not working properly. They said they would send someone out. They never did. The condo was a great place and location, but the management company, Kaiser, was Awful!!
