Guests are guaranteed to have fresh bedding upon check-in including all bedding that is in the unit! This unit has everything that you could want for your dream vacation. Comfortably sleep 12 in this unit with a king in the master bedroom, a king in the first guest room, 2 full size beds in the third bedroom and 2 queen sized sleeper sofas in the unit. Enjoy the large balcony for cooking, soaking in the hot tub or just admiring the view. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking on property or in any of our overflow parking lots: \*RVs and campers (this includes Sprinter vans with hook ups), Trailers, Buses, Boats and jet skis, Off road vehicles \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. You feel close to the beach but removed from pool noise. The balconies here offer lots of privacy. The unit was well stocked and very clean and spacious. The property in total has gone downhill and is unclean. In our unit, the beds were extremely uncomfortable overall, the master bed had permanent dips in the mattress, the couches were very worn and uncomfortable, the recliner did not recline, the hot water heater in the master bath did not work well enough to provide hot water for all showers, and I could continue. The grill on the balcony would hardly light and was filthy. The most frustrating thing about the unit was that the hot tub on the balcony was out of service for the majority of the time. While I can understand that happens, the aquatics team made little to no effort to get it back up and running for three days. We asked the owner of the property, the maintenance department, and the front desk but the efforts were futile. When I expressed my displeasure with the results to the owner, they offered a small refund but that I could not leave any review or post anything that had negative remarks about Signature Properties. I found this insulting. We will not be returning to Turquoise Place anytime in the future and I would caution those that go with the expectation that this place an "updated unit." ##### Chris B. What an amazing stay we had. After asking both my 5 & 7 year old what they loved, the short walk to the beach, amazing ocean view and clean pools for the kids to enjoy.
