With this condo, you will also have access to Summerchase's shared on-site amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and outdoor pool!

What's nearby:
Summerchase is located directly on the beach with beach access directly behind the condo! When you aren't relaxing on the beach or cooling off in the outdoor pool, take a short drive into town where you will find many delicious restaurants, local shopping spots, and fun attractions. You are also only five miles from the Wharf where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast!

This property will have construction ongoing from November 11, 2024 to May 30, 2025. This will include closing of amenities at various times. Balcony access will be restricted while work is being performed on a tentative scheduled basis. Noise and construction materials will be present in common areas and on balconies. As of March 7 pools are currently closed.

Family vacation

Perfect place for our family of 7 to enjoy the beach! We loved the two pools outside and the short walk to the beach. It wasn’t the cleanest but what we needed it for it was perfect.

Has potential but needs cleaned and new furniture!

The condo is nice and good for family stays. But when we arrived the place was not cleaned at all. The rugs and couch were both filthy and the comforters in the beds had not been washed. The ceiling fan in the living room was hanging and could have very easily fallen and been dangerous. The TV in the master bedroom would not turn on and the other only worked part of the time. We got the room at a very cheap price and it was very much reflected in the way the condo was taken care of.

The outside was nice ..the toaster and the keurig did not work…The cleanliness of the Apartment was awful had not been dusted at all ..Floors were not Clean .found a glob of hair on the wall in Master Bathroom..The air filter on the A/C needs to be changed or it could catch fire at some Point ..Oven dirty.

Our “honeymoon” Condo was very run down in desperate need of updating no water pressure, no pulls on ceiling fans, cracks in walls and sinks, outlets fell out of the wall, saw 3 roaches during our stay and paid twice as much as last year in gulf shores website made the condo look beautiful deceiving to say the least the only accurate description was that it is right on the beach

Orange Beach Property

It was the perfect time to visit ... after spring break and before summer break. The beach wasn't crowded. The apartment was clean. The elevators were efficient. There was a great restaurant within walking distance.

Awesome location and facilities!

Convenient beach location with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants right across the street. The amenities of the facility were very nice (indoor hot tub, volleyball net, and etc). The condo itself was furnished perfectly for a large family. Love the big kitchen table (great for games) and the balcony has an amazing view. This condo was great value! I think there could have been more towels, beach towels, and blankets in the condo. So if I were to come again, I'd bring more of that.

Fall Break 2022

A fun fall break! Condo was clean when we arrived and we love the location of Summerchase. Unit 306 could use a little updating (master bedroom mattress, paint in some areas, some outlets need to be replaced), but nothing that would keep us from renting this unit again. We like the fact that it's a smaller building and has everything we need...gym, pool, indoor pool, hot tub, chair rentals, etc. We had a wonderful time and it's close to everything!

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation at the beach and this condo didn't disappoint. Very clean, lots of amenities and right on the beautiful white sandy beach!!! We'll definitely be back!

The place might have been a little small if we weren't all family. It worked out great for the 11 of us though and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location right on the beach and view were awesome Easy entrance. No problem. I would totally stay here again.

Excellent location

We take three or four short vacations at Orange Beach each year and have been doing so for a couple of decades. There are three Condo buildings we like a lot. All three are okay but one is particularly good. For this trip, none of our three were available on our dates. That turned out to be a good thing, because Summerchase is now our new number one. The condo was clean, spacious and in a good location. Ease of check in is also important for us. We’ve had the unpleasant experience of driving all over the place looking for the place to pick up a condo key. They email everything you need to get in the gate and condo. The only negative was, there were no towels in the condo. However, their customer service was very responsive. I told them we would be happy if we could get some towels by the next day, however, they sent out a big bag of towels in less than an hour
