P7 7709 Welcome to Phoenix 7 #709 – “ The KopacaBAMA” This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to six guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, and a private en suite bathroom with updated countertops, an extended vanity, a separate water closet, and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own bathroom with an updated vanity and tub/shower combo. The spacious living room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private balcony with bar-height seating—perfect for enjoying sweeping views of the Gulf and the pool. Inside, you’ll find large flat-screen TVs throughout and beautiful tile flooring across the entire unit. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, and even an air fryer. Then the popcorn ceiling started falling all over the living kitchen master bed and bath. I notified the customer service and they promptly issued a credit to my bill. I was satisfied. Then after I swept up it started happening again and pieces fell in our food. After notifying customer service they promptly moved me to another room matching my original room.
