New pool and boardwalk completed in January 2024! Perdido Dunes was fully renovated following hurricane Sally with new paint, new furniture, etc! This condo is a BRAND NEW 2022 RENOVATION! Designated parking space in front of steps \[parking pass is in the unit.\] Two bedroom, two bath, spacious condo. This condo is perfect for couples, families, or girls get away. Washer/Laundry on site. Located near the Gulf restaurant, The Florabama, etc! Designated parking space in front of steps \[ you will find a parking pass in the unit.\] Two bedroom, two bath, spacious condo. This condo is perfect for couples, families, or girls get away. Washer/Laundry on site. Located near the Gulf restaurant, The Florabama, etc! Other things to note Construction of our new pool and boardwalk was just completed (see pictures)! Other public beach access is a close 4 min. drive east to Gulf State Park - Alabama Point East (they also have public restrooms and a parking pass is required). The condo is an older 2-story with outside stair access. At this current time, there is no beach access as they are constructing a new condo at the end of this property. You can still enjoy the beach area via public access spots. Had the best quick trip for a wedding! Only stayed two nights, so we did not attempt to go to the beach so I can provide info on the ease of access to the beach! We were able to walk to The Gulf (about a 10 minute walk!)Everything was renovated nicely and we had everything we needed.
