Sunswept 806PH 3/3 **Penthouse Views- Great Rates!

This 1,400 square foot unit features an open floor plan with 2 living areas, dining room and an upgraded fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. You will also find granite countertops, tile floors throughout this spacious condo. The Master Bedroom features a gulf front private balcony to enjoy the breath taking views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bath also features a jacuzzi tub with a separate large walk-in tile shower as well as walk in tile showers in both guest baths. This unit offers 2 king beds, 1 queen and a queen sofa sleeper.
Start you day on either of the 2 gulf front private balconies or the rear terrace off of the Master Bedroom. Enjoy the sugar white sand,
sunrise or sunset views along with the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves.

Sunswept 806PH is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach within walking distance of boutique shopping, family activities, groceries and many wonderful restaurants serving fresh gulf seafood. Can not even describe how wonderful are stay was at the condo. We loved the space, cleanliness, decorations, beach views, access to the beach, and so much more. Condo was stalked with everything you can think of from household items, games, and even down to good old fashion books! Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores, and even gift shops. The best part was you could walk to them with a crosswalk right by condo entrance.We have already started looking at calendars for next year and will definitely be going back to Sun Swept condos!!!!

Home Away From Home!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were conveniently placed close to shopping, eateries! We enjoyed the 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms that the property featured and had an ample amount of room to move around and double living areas! We would stay here again and again!

Much needed rest

Loved unit. Updated. Good location: across from grocery and restaurants, walkable to Gulf State Park for run or walk, located on beach. Beautiful beach view and easy access. Elevator available to unit. Management staff and security wonderful and very helpful. Stairs to 2 baths and 2 bedrooms with on suite baths are spiral so be mindful regarding persons who might not be able to access. Both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. Main bedroom upstairs has balcony and roof deck access. Second floor guest bedroom window with view. Bedroom on first floor no stairs with hallway 3/4 bath; very nice. Main floor balcony access. Both balconies have ocean views. Ty. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back. Judy

Labor day weekend

We loved the condo, very clean and comfortable for a family! The upstairs extra balcony is very nice and the location is very convenient. The only issue we had was the elevator they need maintenance because we had trouble getting out of them doors didn't open

Pleasurable View

This is a nice property. It overlooks the Gulf and offers a Beau view of God’s creation. There are two balconies to take in the views from. The room is full of mirrors and old furnishings. It could use an upgrade to make it more modern instead of being dated. The stairway leading to the upstairs quarters is a bit flimsy. Overall, it was a nice place and a pleasant stay.

The property manager was very courteous and helpful. The property was clean, spacious, and lived up to the description provided. The view from the property was amazing. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Everything about this condo was great! Easy access to the beach. Easy access to Walmart directly across the street. Plenty of space! 2 beach balconies and access to rooftop patio! My only complaint are those stairs! The spiral stairs in the condo are sketchy!! They are loose, shaky, noisy and just do not feel safe. A load baring column or 2 underneath them would help a lot!!

Cool place to stay

I really liked this penthouse unit. Nice to have the two balconies and living areas. We also liked the big dining table to play games, etc. nice that each room had a bath. Very cool to have access to a rooftop patio area. Negatives would be the ice maker was broken and the fridge was struggling to keep up. Also we questioned if our towels were clean. I would stay here again maybe in off season when a little cheaper. However I don’t know about doing vrbo again bc the fees ate up most of our vacation money.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was much larger than it appeared in pictures. Only issue was a broken handle on balcony door, but was not really an issue since there is another door to same balcony. Loved that we had 2 balconies, overlooking the beach; as well as a private rooftop area.
