We do want to point out, while this condo is located on the beach, the balcony of your condo does not have a direct view of the beach. Entire space is included in this rental including 4 pools (all outdoors), a rooftop tennis court, and during the spring and summer a poolside snack bar. One pool is heated during cooler months. There is a fun little food and drink bar next to the pool that provides adult and non alcoholic beverages, food and snacks. They also have festive beach music on loud speaker which is a fun and festive. This Unit is nice, nothing fancy, kitchen has everything needed for any kind of meals you’d like to prepare, the bed ( we only used the master bedroom) was comfortable, we used the hall bath mostly as the shower in the master bath was quite small but usable. It is advertised as sleeps 7 which it could but it would be very crowded, there isn’t a dining table as there isn’t room for one As it states in the listing this is not ocean front, it also does not have expensive linens and towels, or expensive decor but if that’s not what your looking for as much as you are just wanting an affordable place to enjoy the beach and amenities and your able to book it at more of a super 8 rate verses a Hilton Rate this is the place. ##### Debora L. The pictures do not match up with the location. The location is smaller then expected. The inside of the place was okay...you get what you pay for... but what surprised my was the walk from the parking lot to the room. It felt sketchy and unsafe for my family. Once in the room it was clean but there were issues with the master toilet not working the entire week. We had to manually flush the toilet. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I would recommend getting them replaced. The kitchen was small to where only one person could be in it at a time and if you plan to cook be sure to bring anything you need for cooking because there are minimal supplies. The pool and beach access are what made this location. If you won't be spending time in your room, it's an okay location. With two small kids we needed to take naps mid day and it wasn't the best because they were doing construction. Overall it was an okay space to use. ##### Jordan S. We did have some concerns and the reply login was not user friendly. This is our 3 year staying there. This was the loudest the workers have been. Work started at 4 am two days!! All other days at 6am. The dishwasher heated drying doesn't work. The dishes were still clean just wet. Not a big deal. The only real concern was the hot water is so high. Worried about getting burned. We tried to turn down, and it didn't do anything. The washer would only run with boiling hot water. Not good for swimming suits and dress clothes. I had to try to add cold water, but the water isn't very cold. Then it would rinse with boiling hot water. Otherwise the room was nice. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Balcony access was wonderful. The walk to the beach was short, and we loved the private access. The pools were amazing! They had one kiddie pool that was excellent! Only 1' deep. The evening of checking the condo temperature was 78 degrees. Thursday the temp started to rise. I wrote the owner thru the VRBO website no contact. Thursday evening the temp was 85 to 86 degrees way uncomfortable for my wife and I, but I was more concerned about my parent on their 80's. I tried two more time to contact the owner thru the VRBO web site with no success. Friday I decided to vacate the property after contacting VRBO. I made reservations at the Hampton Inn. Thru this process i have sent pictures of the thermostat as well as the bill for the Hampton per VRBO request. They enjoyed themselves and the beautiful beach. The owner, Stephen, was so accommodating and answer my questions promptly. He gave me daily updates and also provided many fun things for my brother in law to do with his family. Hoping we can all get back before the summer is over. Upon booking there were multiple hidden fees, but unfortunately we were in a situation where we did not have any choice but to book. Also, while it is noted in the listing, the additional parking fee could be more prominent. We were told that check-in could not take place until after 4pm to allow for cleaning/turn over of property. Upon check-in, we found drain fly larvae in both showers and stains on furniture. I am not sure that much cleaning was done prior to our stay. Pictures of the property are misleading and did not match the rooms. Additionally, service is very spotty in the area. With this in mind, the WiFi availability noted in the listing would have come in handy to make up for this. However, the WiFi never worked. The property manager was messaged a couple of times about the issue, but the only responses we received were automated responses reminding us about checking out or other property information. Even after check out we received a message about letting them know if there is anything we need. Very frustrating. There were also multiple warnings to make sure things were done a certain way or we would be charged additional fees. I know that is not necessarily abnormal, but the way it was presented made us very nervous during our stay. The property itself was fine. The unit had no working air conditioning on check-in. We spent the week with no working ac! Multiple attempts were made daily with no response from the host. Multiple attempts were made with Vrbo to rectify the issue and they had no luck contacting the host. We had to buy box fans to try to cool the room during our stay but the lowest the temp ever got inside was 80 degrees. It was a miserable stay with no where to cool off after a day at the pool/beach. My daughter had sand all in her bed the first night we got there. We were supplied with dingy old towels for bathing. There was an old blood stain on my pillow that was not ours. It wouldn’t have been a bad stay had we had air conditioning. The least the host could have done was been responsive and tried to get the ac fixed! ##### Kim B.
