Owning our own in house cleaning company gives us full control over the cleaning and sanitizing of the properties we manage. We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!! The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike also love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! PARKING INFO: Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. It is right across the street from shopping, which meant we could walk and not drive to shop, eat and much more. The condo was surprisingly BIG! Beautiful balcony views of the ocean. The pool was right under us and beach right out the back door. There were 8 in our group and we did not feel crowded at all. The pictures actually do not do this property justice. We were very surprised at the size of the rooms and absolutely love the balcony. If we weren't on the beach we were on that balcony!!! The main door going onto balcony broke and we had to sleep overnight with an open. Unlocked door. We were not given code to use beach until we asked.
