Room was standard. Bathrooms on the smaller side. Tile floors throughout is a plus but seemed dirty. Living room furniture was nice and comfy. Adequate deck chairs. Could be the price for the location…..? Probably end up back in Panama City Beach again.

The VIEW was the best thing going for this rental unit. I was very disappointed with the unit as well as Seaside as a whole. This unit needs lots of attention in my opinion. It is not exactly as advertised. It was way overpriced for what we got. There needs to be more detailed cleaning. Appliances and window treatments could use an upgrade. The couch could use a deep cleaning. Patio furniture was not as pictured. One chair to an incomplete set was cracked.Despite my dissappointment with this condo, many Kudos to Ms. Shari from Coastal Properties. She was attentive, empathetic, and accommodating once I made my concerns known.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location

This is a no frills unit but had fantastic view of the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of room for our family of 5. Very clean too. We would stay there again!

Our stay was nice. Just a couple of suggestions: Need a hook in guest bath to hang bath towel, refrigerator and freezer door need to be fixed so they stay closed all the time. Washing machine is loud.
