Summary:  
Seaside Beach & Racquet 3902 is a 2 BR/ 2 BA condo in the heart of Orange Beach, sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amenities galore. Located on the 9th floor in building 3, unit 3902 offers stunning DIRECT GULF FRONT views from the large balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Other features include lovely décor, TV’s in all bedrooms, WIFI, washer/ dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Complex includes: beachside pool, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, BBQ grills, etc.  
  
The Space:  
Seaside Beach & Racquet 3902 is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sitting directly on the beach, overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico.   
The space features an open living area with tile throughout the common area. The living area features a love seat, which will fold out into a small bed, accent chair, large TV, beach views, and balcony access. The balcony offers stunning views of beach and Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 4 with room for 4 more at the bar. Our well-equipped kitchen includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, and stainless appliances. The space also features a washer, dryer and WIFI.   
  
Moving into the bedrooms, you’ll see the master suite boasts a spacious king-size bed, lovely décor, a sitting chair, private bath, balcony access, and a wonderful beach view to wake up to. The second bedroom offers a Captain's bunk (twin over full) with a twin-sized pull-out. There’s no doubt you’ll be resting easy in these quarters! Seaside Beach & Racquet 3902 can accommodate up to 6 guests if making use of pull-out mattress in the second bedroom.   
  
Whether you’ve hit the beach all day or explored the area, make sure to cool down in the large outdoor, beachside swimming pool or take a dip in the indoor pool. While you are making dinner plans, don’t forget that an outdoor grill is on-site, so you can enjoy grilling up some fresh local seafood while watching one of our famous sunsets! Other great amenities include a steam room, exercise room, sauna, and tennis/ pickleball courts.  
  
If you need more space, we (Bella Beach Properties) also manage many more units at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include: include: sauna, steam room, indoor pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located near all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer.  
  
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with 2 vehicle max) from guard at gate upon arrival.   
  
Building 3 is located directly on the beach, at the south west side of the development. Once you pass the guard gate and the tennis court, building 3 is is on the beach to the right (west).   
  
Additional parking is available at our office across from the complex for $50 (subject to availability) located at: Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561\.   
  
🚫NO SMOKING: SSBRC is a NON SMOKING property on the common grounds, except for 2 designated areas: 1) to the west of the indoor pool and 2) to the east of building 5 by the bike rack.   
  
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The unit was clean, very comfortable, and had everything our family of five needed. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony — being on the 9th floor gave us a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the seating out there was perfect. I found myself out there every chance I got, whether it was for morning coffee or winding down in the evening watching the pelicans fly by.The location is fantastic — it’s right on the beach with the softest sand, and we loved how close it was to local attractions. Adventure Island and a souvenir shop were within walking distance, and it was just a short drive to great restaurants and The Wharf.The Seaside Beach and Racquet Club itself had so much to offer: two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts — plenty to keep everyone entertained. Inside the condo, we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, and it was nice that a few starter items were provided to kick off our stay. The sleeping arrangements worked great for our family — the kids were obsessed with the bunk bed and trundle setup, and having three large TVs made relaxing after a beach day even better.The host was responsive and clearly wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beach vacation!
