In the fully equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to create your own culinary delights. If you want to take a break from cooking, just venture out and explore the endless variety of eateries where you will discover menus to satisfy your appetite. Whether you are in the mood for fresh Gulf seafood, steak or burgers and barbeque, you are sure to find it nearby. Enjoy the 2 Gulf-front pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts and fitness rooms. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. The elevator had a pleasant smell, grounds and pool were nicely maintained. This is the first time we have stayed in 3702.Room was clean along with bed linens and towels. There are 3 issues we had:1\. Second bathroom shower did not work, this is the primary reason we selected 3702 for the second shower, since was advertised with 2 bathroom. I did call on our second day (Tuesday, October 15th) to inform Coastal that the second shower did not work and told them to wait until we left on Saturday, October 20th. For we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on someone to show up to fix the shower. 2\. Electrical Outlet on the counter top is missing a cover. This is dangerous and could result in Arc Flash3\. Unable to turn off televisions and the television in the Master Bedroom unable to adjust the volume. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my son and I walked in the condo there was a smell. As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great. ##### Royanne V.
