Pet Policy:



• Pet-friendly! One dog under 30 lbs is welcome.



• $150 non-refundable pet fee added to your stay.



Living Areas & Bedrooms:



• Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home! The dining area seats eight plus four additional bar stools.



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds



• The fourth bedroom has a set of queen-size bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Upstairs living area features two sleeper sofas



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the home



• Resort-style amenities include putting green, fire pits, sparkling outdoor pool, pool house, and grilling area. The home includes cornhole, perfect for relaxing afternoons and friendly competition.



• Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.



Parking & Rules:



• Parking for up to four vehicles.



• No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers.



• Guests must provide their own propane for the grill/fireplace or charcoal for the community grill.
