The furniture and decorations are colorful and fun loving. A sofa-sleeper and two recliner chairs are in the living room, along with a flat screen TV and a separate DVD/VHS player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals. Enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch at the breakfast counter or a leisurely dinner at the dining room table that is surrounded by six chairs. The balcony offers spectacular views of the white beach, blue waters and Perdido Pass. You will enjoy watching the boats heading out to sea or even a school of dolphins as you lounge on one of the two loungers or sit at the table. The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom with tub/shower combination and a separate vanity. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, a bathroom with a sink and a combination tub/shower. Make yourself at home whether you are enjoying beaches and pools or the nearby resort attractions and restaurants. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Best balcony/view This rental exceeded my expectations! We've rented many condos in Phoenix buildings and this one I would have to say was the cleanest! It had everything that we needed. The view was unbelievable! We had the best mornings sitting on the patio with our coffee watching the dolphins and activity on the beach. The pool was great, the guests were great, very family friendly place. This is probably the only rental that I truly have NO complaints! It was perfect.
