CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES \* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. \* No pets allowed. \* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. \* No smoking allowed. Consistent every time, extremely clean, nothing is broken or in disrepair. The outdoor space is phenomenal, actual comfy seating for everyone. The inside couch you could literally melt into it’s so comfortable. Every single bed is VERY comfortable, no cheap mattresses that leave you aching by the end of vacation. The fridge wasn’t working properly when we first got there but was fine by morning. This place was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay there again! This condo is beautiful! The only issue we had was parking. They only allowed two vehicles so if you have more than that don’t book this condo. Crazy to me you can have a condo that fits 10 people and only allow 2 cars. They told us there was plenty of paid parking but we couldn’t find anything close by that allowed over night. So, if you only have 2 vehicles then book this place but if you will have more or any visitors than don’t! They don’t even have any visitors spots!
