This 7th floor beachfront condominium, overlooking the stunning Gulf at Phoenix VI, has been completely upgraded with new furniture, kitchen appliances and accessories. A clean white-based, beach-inspired decor welcomes guests to this 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo, which sleeps 4 and has tile throughout.

· Living area, with new furniture and lamps, features a large flatscreen TV in an entertainment center, baby blue Queen sofa sleeper, a recliner, an armchair and a dry bar cabinet with ample glassware, adding an extra touch for entertainment and relaxing.

· Upgraded kitchen has new refrigerator and microwave, quartz countertops with mother-of-pearl backsplash and cream cabinetry.

· Dining area has a glass-top, white wood table with seating for six, overlooking the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

· Master bedroom has a new King size bed, two end tables, and a flatscreen TV on a tall dresser.

· Master bathroom features shower and bathtub combination, and a large single-sink vanity with a new quartz countertop. Blue aquatic-inspired wallpaper adds an extra beach vacation feel.

· Off the hallway is a half-bath and tucked away behind folding doors is a new full-size, front-load washer and dryer, which are stacked.

· Gorgeous Gulf-front view awaits guests on the tiled balcony that features a table with four large, comfortable chairs and a chaise lounge. All that’s missing is you!

· Condo includes one reserved parking space.

· Amenities at this Orange Beach condo include an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, sauna and grilling area.

Very filthy rugs. They really should be replaced.

The first thing I noticed was how pretty it all was until I looked down. Those area rugs were disgusting. They really need to be replaced. Otherwise the place was ok.

Girls Trip

Loved the location of the property, it was near several places to eat and a grocery stores. The resort was clean and easy to find and park. The room was clean and fresh looking. Loved the view of the Beach and the Pool.

This is our 3rd time staying at a Phoenix Property. We loved our stay this one was perfect location, very clean, easy access to nearby restaurants, beach. We will definitely be back!

the unit looked good on line and the advertised recent updates met our expectations. Our stay was nice and the weather cooperated. Overall I’d gave it 4 our of 5 star rating. We plan on going again this fall and will try to rent this unit if it is available.

We enjoyed our stay but I do need to point out some things! 2 Bath towels?? Went and bought 2 more! You need new pillows. You should have your rental company do a check to make sure everything is working. First time, stove wasn’t working, took 3 hours for them to come and flip a switch, Second time, dishwasher, took 3 hours again for them to come plug it in. Overall these are minor but annoying! Positive is that the rental came with an owner parking pass and spot!!! Half bath was great to have! Everything was new and location was perfect! I would stay here again!

we really loved the condo, there was only two item that really need looking into, (1) the 1/2 bath toilet kept stopping up, and (2) a new shower head needs to be installed. Everything else was perfect.

Very beautiful condo!

Loved the condo. It was beautiful. Furniture was comfy. The bed was not so much. We felt like we were sleeping on bricks. No other complaints about the condo. Brett Robinson let us down this time. We arrived around 1230 pm, signed up for text for notification on condo. Check in was at 3pm. We received a text while grocery shopping at 217pm stating that our condo was ready. We purchased cold foods since we were gonna be able to go straight to our room. We arrived back to the condo about 230 pm, checked in & headed up to condo only to find that it was still being cleaned. We had no problem waiting while they finished up. The only problem was that we waited for an hour & a half with all our stuff outside by the elevator waiting to enter the condo. We didn't get into our room until 400pm.
