Get ready for the beach and stay right on the gulf coast in this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental that sleeps eight. Located on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix VIII this condo is perfect for the whole family.   
  
· Flat screen televisions are located in all the bedrooms and the living area   
  
· Queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, and carpet in the living area   
  
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances   
  
· Dining area has a table seating six and a kitchen bar with seating for four   
  
· King size bed and balcony access in carpeted master bedroom   
  
· Master bathroom has a shower and tub combination   
  
· Stunning gulf front view can be enjoyed from the balcony with a table for six and lounge chairs   
  
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

#### Sitting area and refrigerator

In the pictures online, it shows a couch and a chair. As well as a table and two high chairs in the main room. All that was there when we arrived was one couch, making it impossible to comfortably sit around together and talk. I spent the evenings in my bedroom. Also the refrigerator had no handle for the door.

Check was slow they have 1 person there trying to check in everyone at one time. If you everyone can get in at 4:00 everyone is going to be there at 4:00\. The ice machine was broken. Other than that accurate description and clean grounds. Would stay again
