Phoenix VI 61509 Well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps six is on the 15th floor of the Phoenix VI. Recent upgrades in the condo, with tile throughout, include a remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, Travertine tile backsplash and improved cabinetry; a 55-inch TV in living area; and updated master bathroom with granite countertops, among other improvements. · Living area, with Gulf-front views through floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony access, features a Queen sofa sleeper, flatscreen television, DVD player, stereo system, two leather recliners and extra seating. · Fully equipped kitchen features black appliances, cream-colored cabinetry, granite countertops and a wide, two-seat breakfast bar. The condo was well equipped with everything needed. The ice machine however was broken. That would’ve been helpful if it worked.
