There are no rugs in this unit. The fridge leaked water the whole time destroying over 100.00 of food. I tried to remedy this several times by placing a bowl in the fridge to catch the water but there wasn't a placement that would catch the water 100%. There was a drawer missing in the bottom of the fridge where I placed a beach towel to soak up the water before it leaked out onto the tile floor causing it to be very slick. The icemaker did not work either. A repair man came a few days after I informed the property manager but no repairs took place at that time. Please replace the fridge. Other than that the unit was fine. Secondly, when we FINALLY were allowed to enter the unit, it was absolutely filthy. Sand covered the counter tops amd in the kitchen sink. Greedy handprints all over fridge. Rice crispies were on the kitchen floor. There was tooth paste remnants in both bathroom sinks. Cheese-it crumbs everywhere. Pubic hair was in the shower. The sheets were wrinkled under the comforter. They looked as if they had not been changed. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this unit. ##### Gina M.
