### 🌊☀Phoenix Orange Beach II 405 - Beautiful Gulf Front Condo at BRAND NEW PhOB2☀🌊

Perfect for large families who want to relax right on the beach, this luxurious corner unit easily sleeps up to 16 guests. The wide-open living room is ideal for gathering and entertaining, and the views of the Gulf and the sugar-white sand through two walls of windows will take your breath away. Beautifully decorated in shades of blue and cream, you’ll feel relaxed as soon as you sink onto the sectional and take in the views. And when you need a little downtime or a cozy movie night, an enormous flatscreen TV will keep you entertained.  
  
Open to the living area – and those incredible views – the fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking at the beach, including stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinetry, and expansive granite countertops. There is also a separate wet bar with an ice maker, where the family can grab drinks and snacks when you want them to stay out of the kitchen. A huge Gulfview dining table seats eight, with four additional bar stools at the enormous breakfast bar.   
  
When you need time to yourself, retreat to the luxurious primary suite, where you can push open the sliders to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated with hotel-style linens and flatscreen TVs, and there are three full bathrooms offering ultimate privacy for everyone. There is also a full washer and dryer for your convenience.  
  
But if you haven’t walked through the sliding glass doors yet, the best is yet to come. An expansive private balcony is the ultimate luxury, especially when it’s paired with endless Gulf views as far as the eye can see. Gather around the outdoor dining table and enjoy some of the best views in Orange Beach, just for you.  
  
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We absolutely loved this place. It was definitely big enough for all of us to stay. The view was gorgeous and the condo was so clean. It was easy access to the beach and check in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
