Check in was super easy and on-time. Everything in the unit worked and the view was amazing. The color on the TV was off a bit but I wasn't there to watch television. I liked being able to use the facilities from Phoenix 1-4\. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. We bought a grill spatula from the DG and just left it for the next family. We were supposed to have my mom and step-dad with us but they weren't able to make it. So, we had plenty of room but I don't think we would've felt crowded even with them. Lastly, the property owners were always quick to respond when I had a question. I even forgot some goodies in the fridge but they didn't complain. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! The location was convenient to so many things and use of the facilities in the neighboring Phoenix properties was nice. The linens and facility itself were clean. The condition of the furnishings was disappointing, however. All the mattresses were soft and lumpy. The cushions on the furniture (inside and on the deck) were also worn and uncomfortable. Some of the window treatments had stains on them apparently from dirty hands used to open and close them. Many of the kitchen cookware and utensils also need updating. The skillet and cookie sheet, for example, had baked/burnt on food making them unusable. ##### Beth H.
