Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration. Things to know • Please Note: Ongoing construction until April. Repairing and replacing sliding glass doors. Construction noise during business hours. • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • Please note that the twin bunk is located in the hallway Winter 2024 - Spring 2025, light construction is being done to the building and may be experienced during your stay. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great week at the beach! Our only complaint was the balcony door did not work. They had maintenance come to look but said it would likely need replacing. We could not enjoy the balcony and all the beautiful views like we normally do. But overall enjoyed ourselves! ##### Spencer B.
