This Gulf-front Phoenix East condo on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. This condo just underwent a major remodel. The fully equipped, brand new kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, custom granite countertops, and new cabinets. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, and a new 55-inch TV, with plenty of seating and designer touches. The dinette table features seating for four, with two bars stools in the kitchen area for informal snacks. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow great views the Gulf and the Pass. The master bedroom has a private entry to the balcony, new furniture, and a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV. It features a King-size bed. The master bath has granite countertops and double vanities, and a tiled luxury walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two Full beds, with new mattresses, wall-mounted flat screen TV and an updated, ensuite bath with new granite countertops and a tub shower combo. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony has a table and four chairs, so you can enjoy a meal while watching the waves over the sugar-white beach. \*Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. It is functional but not comfortable to sit and appreciate the views. I also wish the renter would have been more communicative prior to the stay. I wish the staff was more up front about the expectations of the guest as far as what to bring. They provided one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, one dish washer packet, and one trial size bottle of shampoo. We asked for more a couple times but staff just said they did not have it or didn’t know where it was instead of explaining that it is all we get. I would have brought what I needed from home if I would have known this and avoided spending time and money in the grocery store. It had everything needed to make a vacation perfect. In years past when we stayed at a Phoenix. Our week at this Phoenix was just as great as any other time until the last day. We have always left our beach chairs and things by the front door. That was a mistake this year!! As we were packing, getting ready to leave other families were also leaving. My daughter noticed that the people the the condo next to us were also leaving. When they left they took our three beach chairs and a brand new sports umbrella. We were on the 12th floor and by the time we came out of our condo to carry our things down, the people in the other condo were long gone. Then to make matters worse, the elevators were extremely slow! We waited over 15 minutes for the elevator. ##### Deborah S. The furnishings were beautiful, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.
