First, the bed was broken. I notified desk When we arrived and went into the room, the pictures in the living room was on the floor and behind the sofa. I notified Brett Robinson by email and notified the front check in desk. No one seemed to be aware they were down, not offered to come and rehang them. Not sure what was going on, but it was very disappointing that we paid premium price for a not very well managed property. The front desk did ask if we wanted them to remove them if they were in our way, I told them they were behind the sofa and not in the way. I would have thought the cleaning service would have notified the front desk that they were down, but they didn’t know. Also the cleaning of the floors could have been a little better. Sand was still in the unit when we arrived and it also seemed like said was in the sheets when we went to bed the first night. Overall it is a great location and property. It would have been nice to get a little more care and attention to detail when I reported the problem with the pictures down in the living room.
