Located on the 9th floor, unit 915 is a luxurious, well-equipped, well-maintained, 3 three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1376 square feet condo with an expansive balcony offering breathtaking beach views. The Space: The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL. This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located "west" building (right-side tower). The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool. Unit 915is located on the 9th floor of a 10-story building. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf – high enough to get wonderful panoramic views of the skyline sunrises and sunsets. Once inside, you will find an expansive, open floor plan condo with 1398 square feet of living area. The kitchen is well-equipped, with both a Keurig & drip coffee maker, and seating for 8 at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. Updates with custom cabinets, granite counters, tile floors, custom vanities, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will comfortably sleep eight. The spacious living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a 55' 4k HD smart TV and a DVD player. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large wrap-around balcony which offers spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit gets wonderful natural light and captures panoramic views. The balcony features Pollywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space. The master bedroom has a KING size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player and a private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Complete with high-speed WIFI and a full-size washer and dryer, The Palms 915 is ideal for your next beach vacation! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. There were even plenty of hangers in the closets! Lots of extra pillows too. We enjoyed watching dolphins and drinking our coffee from the spacious balcony. The views were stunning. The Internet was slow and the ice maker was inefficient. Those were the only issues we had. Elevator access was good and there were plenary of carts for our arrival and departure. ##### melanie k. Rey well Socrates and cozy condo. The view from the large balcony was spectacular and we enjoyed the cool breezes off the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the TV, while a little hard to figure out were large and up to date with a great picture.Excellent location close to many great places to eat and drink. The only reason I did not give the place 5 stars is because there no beach chairs or beach towels were provided. I’ve VRBO’d in beach places across the US and have never stayed in a place—especially right in the beach—that didn’t supply chairs and beach towels. When I inquired, was told we could rent two chairs and an umbrella for 45 a day!! That’s a big expense if you are staying 5 days not to mention we like to explore and didn’t spend a full day in the beach. If you are driving and can bring your own beach chairs or don’t mind paying the high beach chair rental fee and using chairs only when the chair rental place is open this place is definitely for you. The ice machine was broken the whole time we were there, not the owner’s fault, that happens. Just would’ve preferred more updates on when it would be fixed again, which is why I did not give the communication a high score.Despite those two things, it’s a lovely condo and creates a very beautiful setting. It is very well decorated yet gives a relaxing environment. ##### Karen A.
