Three huge outdoor pools plus lazy river. Gym quality Fitness Room. Huge Indoor Pool. Short Walk to Beach and Cobalt the Restaurant. Spacious Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with King bed. Ice Machine, Wine Cooler, and state of the art kitchen. Enjoy your vacation in this wonderful Caribe condo. Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms. There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. There are a few updates needed such as the sectional and the chair. The wine coolor did not work and the toaster needs replaced. Oct 30, 2022 #### Fantastic 😎 Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in this unit two years in a row now, and at this resort four years, I love it so much! This unit has great views of the ocean and the bay. It is quiet, very comfortable, roomy, and stocked well. I usually cook breakfast and a dinner or two and have not missed anything I needed. The skillets and pots are decent and I don’t feel the need to bring my own. My only complaint is the outside furniture. I’d love to have a table and chairs to eat, write, or play cards on. The small table out there can’t hold a drink as it has no solid top. So I use the cutting board from the kitchen to make it work! ##### Chris E.
