It had a great view. We had a problem with the dryer but it was fixed promptly the next day. The only negative was the glass topped dining table. It is very unsteady, there is not enough support for the heavy glass top. We put 2 12 packs of soda on it when we arrived and the entire top tipped over and off of the one inadequate pedestal. Needless to say we never used the table for the entire stay. We felt it was dangerous especially since we had youn children with us. The condo was great. Plenty of room. But the mattresses were terrible. The adults in the master and the queen bedroom all had terrible nights sleep. So much so that I would actually get up earlier than I wanted just to get out of the bed. The mattress in the queen bedroom was 1 step up from sleeping on concrete. Clean and nice, had no complaints at all with the condo. I would not rent with Liquid Life again though. The “check in packet” that you get upon check in had a brochure for leave only footprints in the sand and a brochure on what the different colored flags on the beach mean. There is zero information on the resort, the amenities or where things are located. We got strongly scolded by the front gate security because we didn’t let them know we were having guests, but we didn’t know we were supposed to. There was no information on how to call or the number. I called Liquid Life and they had no idea either. Phone was broken so I had to walk to B building to use the phone to have guests over. Jul 7, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Softball World Series trip The condo itself was nice. They provided everything we needed. The check process was horrible. I went to the liquid life office to pickup the room keys. When we tried to enter the condo, we realized they provided us with the wrong room keys. Liquid life called caribe and told them to reissue the correct room keys. Keep in mind this condo was on the 12th floor in building D, the caribe office was in building B. We picked up the new room keys from the office, when we tried to enter the condo again, the keys did not work. The caribe office manager created new room keys and brought them to us. Yet again, the keys didn’t work. IT was called and his key was the only key that would work. At this point it was 6pm. We started the check in process at 4pm. We needed to be at the opening ceremony for 6:30 They wanted us to put our belongings in the condo and pickup new keys at the office we we got back. We didn’t trust that we could get back into the condo at this point, plus the office closed at 7. We had to leave family members at the condo to wait for new room keys. I called to ask it to be repaired but nobody came. The dryer doesn’t dry without restarting the load several times either. The dishwasher rack is held together with a pipe cleaner. The veneer is peeling off of the pantry cupboard and I was worried we would accidentally pull it all the way off and then receive a charge. This room needs repairs and updating. Also, the resort hired security guards which seems great, but they spend their time picking on young kids going down the water slide too close together instead of addressing the droves of screaming teens hollering through the building late into the night. They old men they hired were too scared to approach them so they spent their time picking on peaceful families for silly things. Very irritating. ##### Jenny L. Sep 18, 2019 Liked: Check-in, location #### Looks better in pictures The pictures of this place looks great but when u arrive u realize the bunk beds are so wobbly you don’t even want your kids to sleep on them, they haven’t swept or dusted in who knows how long, the cabinets are broken, can opener doesnt work, the microwave door randomly falls, oh the real kicker the refrigerator shuts off at random. Then they tell you that if they cannot fix it they will bring u coolers and ice to place your food in for the duration of the stay. Apparently they came and “fixed” it but we still had to check it every few hours and return it on. The master bedroom bed sink down into a hole on the side closest to the bathroom, the second king bed you can feel the springs in your back, the rug in the living room was absolutely disgusting as well. Once someone finally came to look at the fridge I voiced all these concerns and he said he would notate it and have someone contact me. Nobody did. When I even called about the refrigerator and a work order was put in, I was told as soon as they opened someone would be calling me and be out at the unit promptly but i had to call and check on it. We thought we may be able to use the small beverage cooler incase it went out to at least put the milk and deli meat in but that didn't work either. He said the owner didn't want to fix it so they ripped the mother board out. So it was there for looks. The second king room literally has JUST a duvet cover on it with no blanket inside of it so basically a sheet. We have stayed in these condos for the past 8years and NEVER have we had such a horrible room. No extra bedding like the other rooms have or anything. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo in the pictures, is not what you get! There are only 2 chairs for outside patio; there is very little kitchen necessities if you are going to cook. I had to call and request a pot so I could heat up spaghetti sauce and they brought it to me a day late; half the lights do not work; drain in master bath barely drained; only given 6 face towels and the unit is supposed to accommodate 10 people; the floors had never been mopped! My 1 year old grandson had black feet and knees the first night we arrived and then by the 3rd day he came down with covid and had to be taken to the ER. We left the next day, cutting our stay short and Liquid Life would not accommodate us when it came to leaving the keys at the condo since I really did not want to spend any extra time nor carry this virus to others by going to their office.
