Updated and professionally decorated and it’s gorgeous! For your convenience the condo features a keyless entry door lock on the condo’s front door. No more dealing with keeping up with keys!!! Location, location, location! Phoenix VI is conveniently located next to great restaurants and multiple grocery stores. Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, AL, this spacious 1 Bed | 1 Bath condominium sleeps four with wonderful amenities and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing. This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. Snowbirds are welcome Guest must be 25 years old to reserve this property For groups of adults all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age might be required Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, there is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One-bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. We arrived to check in and the person at front desk was rude, non engaging when she discovered that we did not reserve our stay directly through Phenix. We observed other guests who checked in (I can only assume they were direct guests of Phoenix) and they received much different hospitality and welcome. The condo was good, I wouldn’t rate a 5 star as the bedding was old, white sheets worn and stained, felt dirty. Bed not comfortable. ##### Clarise J. It was just the two of us, but this one bedroom would also be great for a family with 1-2 children because of the pull out couch! The condo was very clean and had a great balcony view of the beach. The location was great and very close to all restaurants in the Orange Beach area. We had a beautiful view and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I would say the cleaning company could have done a better job. Upon arrival, there was hair left in the bathroom drawers. The closet floor was filthy and the extra pillows were stored on the floor of the closet. We did not use them because they were dirty, as well. The extra blanket was crumpled up at the top of the closet so we didn't use it because we weren't sure if it was cleaned or not. Some of the furniture was stained. ##### Colleen T. Cleaning of unit could have been better.Floor was dirty under TV with dust & food debris. Entertainment center was dusty.Bathroom light fixture was loose on the wall and only 2 lights out of 3 worked. One would go on & then off. Toilet needed to be updated. Kitchen garbage can was broken, needs to be replaced. One electrical outlet in kitchen was loose to the wall. The view was great. The living room furniture was comfortable. The condo could use a deep clean as dust was located on some surfaces. The sofa and pillows were not the most comfortable, and down feathers kept coming out of them. It's an amazing location and all of the condo staff were great. I'm giving a 4 overall because the couch is in terrible condition! It really needs to be replaced. It's barely usable to sit on because it sinks so badly in the middle. I'm glad we read all the reviews, so it wasn't a shock. We needed the couch for one of us to sleep on and it was horrible. The two arm chairs are old, but still serviceable. Also, all of the pillows are old and stained. Bring your own pillows. And, bring an air mattress if you need more than the bed. ##### Tanya P.
