This gorgeous and spacious 1,600 sq ft, 3 BR, 3 gigantic bath condo sits on the second floor, western corner of The Enclave. It has a large wrap-around balcony that is accessible from the living room, master BR and dining room. The balcony, master BR, living room, dining room, and kitchen all overlook the picture-perfect, white, pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new doors and windows throughout our condo were installed in January 2023! Also new in March 2025, we have a covered, reserved parking spot that is accessible through a private gate (the gate remote will be shared with our guests). Take a short stroll down the beach to the brand-new beachfront restaurant and bar - CoastAL that just opened in the Spring of '23 ( https://www.coastalorangebeach.com/ ). Or walk across the street to our favorite grocery store, Rouses, and pick up steamed shrimp, crab, and crawfish to bring back and eat on the beach. Rouses is Louisiana-based, and sells everything you need to stock the condo. Some of our favorites include, fresh-made sushi, french bread, chocolate cake, and muffalettas. The walk to get your feet into that soft sand is very short with no stairs. Being located on the second floor, you have the option to take a quick elevator ride on one of the two elevators, or get a little exercise using the staircase right outside our door. The second floor is also the floor where you can access the pickleball court. On the first floor is a heated indoor pool with bathrooms and sliding glass doors that lead you to the sparkling outdoor pool and sundeck. The outdoor pool was completely re-done in the Fall of 2022 (now includes a zero-entry section and seating shelf), including new polywood pool furniture. There is plenty of room for your group to relax on a lounge chair or even sit at a table under an umbrella and have a little snack. The kids love going from indoor pool to outdoor pool, which is a cinch as the parents can just sit by the doors and watch the kids at both pools. We love that this complex is a low-density building, where you won’t ever feel overcrowded. You can relax and feel secure as we have year-around security, as well as gated beach access. You will also love the glow of the beautiful pool from your balcony at night. You will love everything about our condo. The open floor plan, living/dining and kitchen space allows for the most beautiful views of the white beaches of the Gulf, where you can watch the dolphins play from the condo. Our condo has plantation shutters throughout to close at night, so you can get a restful night’s sleep, and then open as you wake to the crystal blue waters. The master BR has a plush king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV with DVD player. It also has a desk with computer monitor/keyboard, in case you need to "work remotely" - just plug in your laptop computer. And wait until you see the master bath. This massive bathroom is fit for a family. It has a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, dual vanity, linen closet, large walk-in closet, and private water closet, along with a vanity and seating area!! The second BR has a king-sized bed, as well as, twin bunk beds. This room has a large bathroom with a dual vanity and large closet and a separate private tub and shower. This BR also has a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The final BR has both a queen bed, as well as twin over twin bunks. It also has a full attached bathroom with a shower. This bathroom also has a door to the hall or you can simply lock it to keep it your own private en suite bath. The fully-stocked kitchen has beautiful white solid surface counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances with a spacious bar that seats six. Your entire family can gather together using the bar and dining table. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and a yummy pina colada with our provided coffee maker and blender. Just take a short stroll across the road to Publix or Rouses to pick up some fresh steamed seafood for a night in. Don’t forget a Netflix movie and some ice cream from Dairy Queen just across the road. Why would you want to leave here anyway? There is also a plethora of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. You also have free WiFi throughout the complex if you want to stay connected. Our unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer. Speaking of, when you return, just hang your towels and bags on the bead board wall with hooks when you enter our long entry hallway. Don’t worry about a key either; all you need is a code. Our spacious living room, with its pull out couch and ample seating (3 recliners) is a wonderful place to relax and nap while enjoying the impeccable views and breezes of the Gulf. Our living room also boasts a large 48" flat screen TV with DVD player. The wet bar now has a brand new ice maker ! Finally.. Our family will consider trading the usage of our condo if you have ownership in properties that you can trade. We love to travel to the mountains or other places in the country. The owners went above and beyond reaching out, making sure our stay was going well. The extra parking spot was a bonus, we had 3 vehicles so there were a few nights we had to park one of our cars behind Walmart just across the street (paid parking, within walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped, kid friendly dishes included. This was the first condo out of many that I was not consistently worried about the kids playing on the balcony. My mom couldn’t walk the beach but enjoyed watching the kids in the pool from the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning as we watched the beach and listened to the waves. The only down side was the parking. The first night we unloaded the essentials for the night and had to park across street which was pretty expensive. Which we did go on Labor Day weekend so I understand it being crowded in parking area. I wish that it was coveyed more to us about the parking. That was the only downfall we had. ##### Redonna W. The beach is steps from the condo with private access. The building is across the street from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We didn't have to drive to get basic necessities which was nice with the traffic. Condo was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for our party of 9\. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but the owner was excellent with communication and worked quickly to get the situation remedied. Appliances and Kitchen items were plentiful and we had plenty of beach items available to us as part of the Condo. The balcony was the absolute best feature and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. A couple of suggestions: update the bed pillows, they are just kinda flat with no support. Bed was comfortable with a soft pillow topper but the frame is bent. We had to remove the mattress and try to reconnect the frame to the support bar in the middle. (We slept in the King Room that had the bunk bed.) We also think the bed in the room with the other set of bunk beds is a full bed and not a queen. It was small. None of the small things took away from the experience. These are just observations and suggestions. This place was great. And the owner was truly wonderful to work with. ##### Brittney W. You could enjoy watching the beach and the Gulf right from the balcony. The Gulf was closed for swimming a lot of our stay, but we enjoyed the beach and cooled off in the pool. The day we left, it had finally settled down, and we spotted dolphins from our balcony. We had all the appliances we needed including ice maker . The condo had a great setup for the group, We could walk across the street for shopping and restaurants, Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot every day. ##### Sherry K. The condo was great; well furnished and plenty of room. We took full advantage of the washer/dryer and jetted tub. The location could not have been better...2nd floor, closet condo to the beach access, great view and easy walking access to lots of commercial stores. Based on previous reviews, we were worried about parking, but we never had an issue. We easily found parking at the condo every time. Our experience was great. We will look to return in the future. Loved that the Enclave wasn't a big building. We got to know several people because of the quaintness. This unit was on the 2nd level right by the stairs and not far from the elevator. It was great for our family which the ages ranges from 14 months to my 77 year old mother who can't walk very far. The walk to the pool or to the beach was short. And if she didn't feel like getting out, she could sit on the balcony to watch my grandkids, her great-grandkids in the pool. We loved the zero entry outdoors pool. ##### Kelly R. The location is great, walking distance to groceries, some shopping and a few restaurants. There are small things that I really appreciated about the condo. For example, the exterior closet by the front door to store sandy beach items. In addition, the stand alone ice maker in the wet bar produced plenty of ice for drinks and to fill a small cooler each day. Great communication with the owner. There was an issue with the dryer during the rental before us and owner kept us updated on status as they were getting it replaced during our stay. ##### Shannon M. Owner was VERY responsive. We arrived on Sunday and had an issue with a door sensor for the A/C, he responded immediately and gave us a "quick fix" until he had the A/C serviced first thing Monday morning. We were very pleased with our stay and our communications with Mr. Parry. The complex itself did seem a little more busy than the last time we stayed, but it was Spring Break and they have done an amazing refurb on the outside pool - so maybe that is bringing more people in. :) ##### AmyJo C. We were a large group and we had enough space. It was tight but we made it work. We knew it would be tight, we were 12 people. Location was great for us, the beach is a couple steps away from the door. The two pools were nice. There were plenty of food options for us within walking distance...that is important b/c parking was kind of a nightmare. We were lucky, we arrived early enough we were able to park both vehicles. We learned very quickly to NOT move them. I thought it was a bit annoying we had to bring our own toilet paper and garbage bags. I've rented many times throughout the USA and abroad and have never had to do that. But, we just did it and it was fine. The location made up for the little annoyances. I think the thing that bothered me the most is I had messaged the owner a couple of times prior to arriving with questions and they never responded to my questions. ##### Alisha B. Not enough parking for the condo. We had to park across the street at the Fairfield Inn one night. Ryan, the property manager graciously offered to reimburse the cost but an inconvenience. The second BR w/a King is overcrowded. No floor space and no dresser. The ceiling was covered with dust from the AC. All the ceiling fans were dust covered as well. The We knew ahead of time the FR sliding door was broken and we couldn’t use it, but the one from the kitchen is so cloudy you can’t see through the glass. The nob on the toaster is missing. For a group of college students probably ok but for a family it’s disappointing. Simple things like worn footstool seating and fitted sheets that don’t stay on the bed. A shower door replaced by a shower curtain. Positives would be the W/D and the Ice Machine Wet Bar. ##### Phil N. This place had a great view and is conveniently located on the side of the building where the beach access is, so it is literally just a short walk to the beach! The property has everything you need to make all of your meals or is centrally located so all the great restaurants or just a few minutes away.
