This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is on the 14th floor and can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy the spacious living area with a queen sleeper and tile flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your meal prep needs! Additional guest room with 2 queen beds. With a breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix Orange Beach II is a hit for all groups!

    As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

    *There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.*

    **Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**
