Great location facing the beach. Balcony is perfect! Balcony connects to living room and master bedroom. Sun comes up and over, left to right, on the balcony so it's in the shade almost all day long! Workout room nice, pool, beach access all just right. Cold AC, hot water, good wifi, satellite tv, comfy couch and recliners. Easy communication with owner via text or calls, no problems.
