We rent properties very often. This unit is in dire need of updating. The furniture was dirty and needing cleaned. The corners and baseboards were filthy, especially in the bath. The kitchen mirror was loose and resting on the counter. Some of the fixtures were terribly crooked. The bed seems to have a very thick topper which you sink many inches into. More...more..... Everything in the unit works well. Check-in was easy. And it was quiet. Location and beach access was great. If you don't care what shape the condo is in then it may be a good choice for you . We did not cook but enjoyed the drip and pod coffee makers. The half bath was convenient. Everything at the property seemed secure and well kept. Communication was awesome. Check in was an hour after the time communicated. When we called they stated that check in started at 3pm but couldn’t tell us when we could get in. ##### Meaghan F.
