Mom, Dad, 3 brothers and grandparents all enjoyed this well-appointed, spotless condo for a Spring Break getaway. Easy check-in, great balcony with fantastic views, and a host eager to make sure we had everything we needed made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Host was a pleasure to work with- responded to any need immediately, and even sent out HVAC tech on Sunday to work on AC. We have been staying at Sea Chase since 2010 and will definitely stay in this unit again!

Everything was easy simple and affordable., We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the location overlooking the pool and hot tub An end unit felt more private We’ll stocked and decorated beautifully! The condo was not only clean but absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family (wife, two teen boys, and mother-in-law) loved the property. The condo's kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, which came in handy as my family loves to cook. David was very easy to get a hold of and answered emails quickly.y family and I hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our 20 something daughters and their boyfriends. I’d like to note that the condo rental only includes 1 parking pass, if you have an additional car like we did, they’ll have to pay $70 for an additional pass. The condo is beautiful. Convenient area close to grocery, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and would respond to text questions promptly. There’s a sleeper in the sectional that I didn’t see listed on the VRBO page so it will probably actually sleep10.

We had the best time at SeaChase. This unit was clean and looked just like pictures! It was beautifully decorated. The master bath is nicely updated. We loved being on the second floor as it is close to the stairs and you can still see the beautiful view from the balcony. We had everything we needed - coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, etc. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Hoping to be back next year :)

Everything about 205W was fantastic, will definitely book again when going to Orange Beach. Communication with David prior to the trip was seamless and he always responded quickly. Check in at the "gatehouse" of the resort was informative, quick and made us feel taken care of. The the condo itself .... exactly as described and pictured, and honestly more spacious than we expected! Unit was clean and comfortable. Views of the pool below and the ocean are top notch! 205W is a great place to stay in Orange Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Condo was great. Second story on the corner was perfect. Biggest downfall for the building and for most travelers I bet is there is only one working elevator for the building as of 7/30/22. Going up and down stairs with kids, luggage, beach wagons… it’s a lot. Luckily we were on the second floor.

Check in was a breeze! Upon arrival Condo was clean, roomy, and decorated so lovely! It had everything we needed! From kitchen to a pack and play portable crib. I believe there was a beach tent as well in the master bedroom closet. We had brought our own though. The bathroom for the master bedroom was super nice! Just loved the shower! My kids 16, and 11 enjoyed their bedrooms and had a full bathroom to share. There are keys needed for beach and pool entry which is an added plus for security at the condos. The property is very well maintained, and very nice. We enjoyed all the pools, and indoor pool and the hot tubs. Overall our stay at Seachase was absolutely wonderful! We encountered 0 issues/problems during our stay. Everything was great! I would definitely choose to stay here again in the near future!
