We had to wait about an extra 10 minutes.. no big deal but would have been nice to have a heads up so we weren’t standing there with our luggage we had already unloaded from the car. You only get one parking pass with your stay so if you have two vehicles you have to pay $55 extra. Unit was not very clean, there were spills behind the nightstand that were sticky. Wrappers under beds. Primary TV bedroom did not work our entire stay even though I brought it up in email and text and they said they would get back with me. Dryer didn’t have a handle half of our stay then magically that got fixed? So someone came in and we were never notified. Dusty shelves, mold in blender. Shaker cup was used and never washed before our stay so who knows if any of the other dishes were dirty. “Beach gear” is just anything anyone has left behind for the next person. Overall the location was great, but I would not stay here again. Reached out to liquid life about all of this and never got a response. ##### Emily C. Whoever the college intern they had running their text messages for check in needs to be fired immediately — total jerk. The unit, building and location were all perfect for our family of 4\. The beach was not crowded, clean, nice soft sand, chair service available. The pools and hot tubs were lovely and also not crowded. Across the street from complex are any stores you need for grocery, beach, beverage supplies. Many restaurants and a seafood market up the road as well as mini golf, go karts, laser tag and a large arcade for family fun. Hoping to return in the future and stay even longer! ##### Stacy Y. Was not told there was a code to the beach and when asked about it they gave an invalid code, and when asked again, we never received a response. Another member who was staying there allowed us to use their code for beach access. Multiple times, maintenance would just walk into the room, even when asked to come back. My teenage daughter answered the door and the man asked to come in, she asked him to come back later and he asked her why he couldn’t come in now, she told him we were sleeping and then preceded to walk past her and into our room. I woke up to him standing at the foot of our bed. Then we found things moved while we were down at the beach like the patio furniture and metal closures outside. The bedroom doors didn’t lock. And the room stayed hot and humid because the balcony doors don’t quite close completely where they are bowed so it let through a lot of hot air. I’ve stayed in a ton of properties and this was by far the worst, we won’t stay here again. ##### CHRISTINA S. Having two beds in one of the bedrooms was definitely a plus with 5 year olds. Also being on the 4th floor made for a great view of the Beach.
