The unit was fine for our stay. There were a few things that needed some attention. The smaller bedroom beds were uncomfortable. The threshold between the master bedroom and the living room was not secured and kept coming up. The shower in the master bath was nice except for a slow drain which left soap scum in the bottom of the shower. The children loved the pool and the beach access. I would stay there again. The hot water heater and the air conditioning both stopped working during our stay. We had service technicians in and out of the condo during the entire duration of our stay. As we started to get settled, we noticed that all the bedding was not clean. There was hair and boogers on the sheets and the comforters all had stains. We called liquid life and they were able to get someone there to take care of it all promptly. In addition, we had them clean food that was on the wall (I'm assuming from the previous people who stayed). The dressers were dirty with spills and mud was splattered on the walls. After this we began noticing that the renovations done to the place were done poorly. Not all the painting was complete and the there were holes that were patched but not finished. After the first day ours and our children's feet were black from walking on the tile floors. Needless to say, the condo left much to be desired. We did love the grounds and the location was wonderful. Our kids loved staying here with the swimming pools and beach so close. ##### Dustin F.
