The master suite features a King bed, a private bath with dual vanity, 32-inch flat-screen TV with DVD Player, and balcony access. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, 30-inch flat-screen TV & DVD Player, and the third bedroom has a Full-Over-Full bunk, 20-inch flat-screen TV, and a DVD Player.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are tile floors throughout, a full-sized washer and dryer, free wireless internet access, a large flat-screen TV in the living room, and a sofa-sleeper that allows the condo to accommodate 10 guests.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Shoalwater is in the heart of Orange Beach and is conveniently located to many shopping establishments, attractions, and restaurants in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The property features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness room, charcoal grilling area, outdoor shower, boardwalk, and sauna.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
