Had a great time at Grand Pointe, this unit has everything you need, we walked next door to dinner one night to The Gulf and also enjoyed cooking one night at the condo, plenty of kitchen items. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and fantastic porch overlooking bridge, gulf and waterway. Sitting on the couch outside having coffee and watching all the boats come in and out was a highlight! We enjoyed both the unit and location. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The complex was very clean and well maintained even though it was a holiday. Condo was spacious and clean and comfy. Never waited on an elevator and plenty of parking spaces. My husband and son caught their limit fishing on the jetties while us girls watched from the beach. This condo was great and met all our needs. Location was awsome and the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The beds slept well and it was great to have 3 bathrooms.
