Easy access to the pool as it is conveniently located on the 1st floor. Beach access was also easy. The only complaint that I have is rules were not enforced. Many people including my immediate neighbor were smoking on their balconies. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and could not even sit on my balcony as the smoke was coming directly in my face. I complained twice but nothing was done about it. We were also asked to wear a bracelet that looked like a hospital bracelet to identify that we were staying on the property.
